Great TV Great price

Not the TV advertised
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did not receive the TV that was advertised in the Best Buy Ad. The TV that I received was 4" narrower in width, 2" shorter in height and 1/2" shorter in diagonal. Both Best Buy and Samsung would not stand up for their mistake with each blaming the other. I purchased this TV because of it being an over-sized 60" TV and had my TV stand remodeled to accommodate it's size. I am disappointed in both companies.

Great TV for the Price

There were not a lot of reviews on this TV when I purchased it. However, it is Samsung and 4K, I figured I couldn't go wrong. I didn't, It is a great TV for the price, picture and sound quality are excellent. While there are more expensive 4K's out there, this one does the job.

I was disappointed in the size as it measured 59.5" instead of the 60.1" and Samsung made excuses instead of owning up to it's mistake or trying to make things right. The main reason I purchased that particular tv was because it was over-sized.

Great picture

The only problem we have had is that one night the sound went completely out. Couldn't do anything to get sound. The next morning it worked fine and we haven't had that happen again.
