    Nice features and picture when it works!

    Initially TV looked great and worked well, and loved the new functions and features. However, after 2 days the TV lost all connection to all HDMI port feeds and loops continuously thorough the same cycle of trying to updates. Geek squad was called 3 times and connection restores intermittently but now nothing. They will be coming to replace or repair. I really don't like the lazy design of using a inferior Mini-port box to connect all 3 HDMI and optical ports and then connect one line to TV. Also, they are too lazy at Samsung to provide a hard copy of the 180 page manual as reading it online is just awful. I've spent thousands at Best Buy over the years and never had this type of issues. I've read also that this model is not true quality Samsung components but farmed out to some sub.

    My new Samsung tv got a bad pixel.....they sent a tech twice then replaced the panel...but guess what the panel is NOT THE SAME...it is a cheap piece of trash with horrible artifacts and background noise. It looks like a 2010 Element tv now, that is how they afford it the replacement panels are GARBAGE. Then they claim it's the same panel and will not replace the tv. So now I am stuck with this.

    I bought this t.v. and set it up, it had a great picture, after the second day , the picture would go completely black for a few minutes, I had to turn the set off, then on again to fix the problem, this happened quite a few times when watching a program, then the t.v. just shut off by itself, I said back it goes, got a different model, and I am happy now

    this tv delivery jan 25th bby work only 2 mintus when they hooked up after that did not work at all, and call to samsung customer support and she were not helpful at all and tell me my mini connector not working and is going take 14 business days to ship and i choose to return bb and i don't want to keep new tv work like that

    this is 2nd tv from samsung very simler problem and customer service is very bad after 2 hrs on phone with customer service nothing solved and i'm done with samsung products thank you!!

    Very low quality image. I regret buying this TV. I expected a high quality result but was given false info at the store and now I am stuck with a mediocre tv.
