Purchased this late November 2017 from Best Buy. The reviews looked good, and the price was good (Black Friday). But then, in April of 2017, the screen went blank. I looked online for fixes, and found the most common ones, but none of them worked, and this seemed to be a very common problem. I called Samsung, as I knew it was still under factory warranty. The offered to send a technician to my house in Tucson AZ, so I was fine with this. The next day, a company called and said that they were the repair company for Samsung, but unfortunately, they did not work in Tucson, and were going to send another company to fix the TV. The next day I received another call from another company, and they too said they do not work in Tucson. I don't understand why a city of 1,000,000 can't be bothered by Samsung, but now I am stuck with no way to fix the TV. I contacted Samsung, and they had me email a copy of the original receipt. They called and said they would replace or refund the money. It has been 5 days, and I am still waiting to hear from them concerning the refund. On a good note, the TV had great color, and was easy to set up and use. We placed it over our fireplace (which we don't use) and it looks great. We don't have it hooked to cable, we just use it for streaming.

Easy to setup out-of-the-box. The universal remote handles nearly everything my Harmony remote did. The picture is great! Works with my home WiFi to stream movies and pics from my NAS and PCs. Screen shares with my Samsung Galaxy S5 for viewing direct from my phone.

I purchased this TV from Best Buy during the Black Friday sale. I made the purchase online on Wednesday and picked it up at the store the following day(Thanksgiving Night). I was expecting the "pick up" process to be lengthy and difficult but I was totally wrong. We arrived at the store around 10 pm and had the TV loaded up and headed home in 15 min. Thank you Best Buy for making the purchase experience so easy. We purchased the TV to replace a projection TV that we'd had for around 10 years. I thought it had a good picture and was hesitant to replace it. After doing much research, I decided to go with the Samsung and have been extremely pleased. The picture upgrade from the older projection TV was way better than I anticipated. I really wish I had upgraded a long time ago. Getting the TV up and running was a breeze and I made absolutely no adjustments to the picture settings. As I discovered during my research, many TVs have sub par factory speakers so I did add a sound bar to enhance the viewing experience. If you're considering the Samsung UHD TV, go ahead and pick one up without reservation. You'll be glad you did.

This tv exceeds my expectations in all areas. The only problem is that the tv stations are not transmitting 4k and the cable companies require a different set top box. Directv requires you to buy the updated box for $400.00, so I have not yet seen 4k at home. The tv is wonderful - great clarity. good sound and easy to use.

I researched quite a few different 4K TVs before purchasing this one. The combination of features and price led me to this one. We've been very satisfied with the picture quality and the audio from the speakers is actually pretty good. The remote is a little odd when you first see it but it's very intuitive and easy to use.

I will preface this review by noting that I upgraded from a 32" 720 TV, so this is a pretty major upgrade. I have had no problems with the TV except that it's possibly too big for my room. It's got fantastic picture with high motion frame rate (which a lot of people dislike. I've gotten used to it and even kind of like it). It's my understanding that this is achieved algorithmically, so it can be toned down since it's not the true frame rate that causes the smooth motion. I have it hooked up to my new Xbox One S for 4k Netflix streaming, and its upscaling of HD content is pretty awesome as well. Overall, highly recommended. My only complaint is the stand is kind of chinsy, but once it's set up it seems to do its job alright.

Love the big screen and the picture quality. The colors are vivid and bright. It's great for watching sports or all shows and movies. The objects on the screen are so lifelike they jump out at you! The television was a great price and I would recommend this television to anyone that is looking to buy a new television.

Had this a year now and it still feels brand new. Easily the best TV I've had. Well worth getting on sale.

I originally bought a cheaper model -- a Samsung -- for about half the price. But I returned it to get this Sony, which was well worth the extra money. Picture is fantastic. I preferred the way the Samsung remote worked but all in all this is a far better TV. The color is great and sound is good too.

This TV is beautiful. Not only is is incredibly user friendly, but the slick design is very pretty. Then the picture...wow. I've had it for only a month, but it's always a talking point when anyone comes into my place. The apps are great too and it's a really neat remote. So far, it's been perfect.

Needed a new TV to replace my 60 inch rear screen projector TV and this was a good choice. It has a great 4K screen. The picture quality is excellent. I love the smart tv features. We watch a lot of Netflex. That feature is very convenient. Price was great for the quality and features. Set up was easy.

This tv was a perfect size for the den. The colors and dimensions are wonderfully clear! Great buy!

I had no issues with in store ordering (out of stock but store gave me the discounted price available only that day), free delivery and self installation. The picture quality is great. I have some issues with its software connecting to the Denon Receiver (does not allow Netflix and other apps to send audio signal through receiver). The remote is amazing - simple with excellent user interface.

The picture is amazing! I wasn't sure it would be worth it, but it totally is. Even regular broadcasting is so much sharper, the colors more saturated, and the people/action more life like. The smart tv was easy to set up, and we are very happy with this purchase. The quality is outstanding.

we watch a lot of dvds. When I turn my dvd player on, the tv automatically changes input to watch same. Nice feature not mentioned in set up. Much better sound than my 7yr old Sony. Haven't figured out how to access my saved videos on you tube. I simply installed my old chromecast unit on an empty HDMI input and use my lap top to view saved videos Only thing I don't like is reflection from my sun room windows in daylight. Screen is a bit too reflective

Got this TV to replace an older Sharp. I was surprised how good the picture and sound is.

Replacement for my old 3-D TV this is a wonderful addition. The picture is clear and crisp if you look at things off of Netflix in 4K unbelievable video capabilities and just real easy to use. Samsung did a great job here

So our daughter accidentally broke our beautiful and expensive 60" Smart TV. We found this TV at an incredible price during Thanksgiving week. I was a little skeptical about getting such a low price on a 4K TV, but we didn't want to spend too much money. The reviews were good so we figured we would take the chance. Setup was super easy, I was able to set it up by myself (didn't have to wait for my hubby). I installed the stand, plugged this baby in, and easily went through the on-screen setup process. It's a beautiful TV, display is amazing, particularly with 4K movies or HD shows. Interface is easy to use, smart features are super convenient. It's a little too easy to buy and rent movies now! I am still deciding how to implement more parental controls with open access to so many apps on the internet. There is nothing about this TV that we are dissatisfied with. I would not hesitate to recommend this TV and both hubby & I are 100% satisfied with it.

Purchased this TV to sit in our outdoor room. It is bright, sound is good, and setup is easy. The remote is minimalist. Took some getting used to for me. Transition between smart tv apps and directv is easy by using home buttom and exiting app. Goes back into directv right away.

I have no problems stating that I am very happy with my purchase of the 4k Samsung tv. The picture is sharp, well defined and the color is excelent. Setup is almost too easy and wall mounting is also a breeze. Built in apps are the easiest to access of any Samsung I've owned.
