Best Buy's Geek Squad said that they didn't know anything about the settings for a Samsung TV, but gave me a phone number for Samsung tech support. (This does not say much to me for Geek Squad's knowledge of Samsung TV's.) The Samsung tech guy changed a sensor setting for me remotely, and the TV has been great ever since. A better owner's manual would have gave this TV a 5 star rating.

We have not connected any additional sound equipment yet and have not decided if we will as the sound is great as is. We were able t catch it on sale and also had a reward members coupon that made this a super great buy for us.

I don't understand the knocks on the smart hub, it's great and intuitive. I did not realize the proprietary OS would limit the online streaming because of available apps. What it has is great but what I wanted (SlingTV) is not available. Seems dumb to have a "smart" TV and still need a streaming device. The browser is a bit clunky without mouse and keyboard hooked up.

Nice tv but the smartview feature doesn't work.

I spent a few hours talking to various tech support people but no one could help. Everyone had a different reason for the problem. Also, I am disappointed that some apps that I am interested in are not available. Examples: CBS streaming service and VHX TV.
