We are very pleased with our new television. The Geek Squad delivered and set up the new unit quickly and efficiently and capably addressed all of my questions. Additionally, the Best Buy salesperson at the South Hills Village/Village Square location was knowledgeable, thorough and highly professional.

Television performance has come a long way in the past ten years, and there is no way to keep up with the 'latest' technology. But the time is now to upgrade to UHD, the prices are lower than ever before and you can't beat the picture quality. Your only choice should be what size screen do you get.

Once again Samsung shows why it has the best TVs. Would definitely recommend this product.

Got home with TV it would not work.called the company they could not figure out why,said I should TV for a new one.called best buy explained problem they said that they had a TV in stock and would have it setting at the desk for me.Only draw back it was a 140 mile round trip travel 2nd tv works great

Very happy overall. Samsung should offer a free calibration once tv is installed at home.

Best tv I've ever owned. The 4K picture is amazing and makes shows and movies that aren't even broadcasted in 4K look even better. Anything that is being broadcasted in 4K, especially Netflix Originals and Netflix cartoons look ridiculous. At $1000 cant beat the quality you get for the price.

Everything looks extremely real but it freezes a lot when I'm using Hulu or Netflix

Great picture, sharp clarity the images are so sharp. The picture is great so clear

I have no complaints about picture or sound quality. The reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is the difficulty of using the smart hub & remote. My TV can get hung up trying to open an app. The only way to fix it is to unplug everything from the wall & wait a minute before plugging back in. Also, Samsung doesn't have a CBS app, so I use my Roku instead. This means the "universal" remote is useless.

Value for picture is excellent, replaced older television and am happy with purchase

I really enjoy this tv. I was debating an HDR capable tv, but decided to get the best model under that, as I don't think HDR will be widely distributed by the time I get a new one. I am a little disconcerted about the forced acceptance about advertisement for the smart functions to work.

Like the picture resolution and remote easy use. Setup was straightforward and easy.

TV automatically sets up whatever is connected to it so the remote works with it.

I didn't want to spend a lot of money on one of the huge TV frames so opted for the mid range (60") with a more reasonable price tag. Very happy with the deal as the product offers ease of use and the picture quality is great.
