was a christmas gift for my husband. paid cash for it so he wouldn't know about it, but 2 days later got my warranty on my email so he found out before Christmas, was a bummer

The Samsung - 60 Class (60 Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV - Black is meeting our needs. Easy to set up. Hard to see ball movement on tennis match. Biggest concern is an occasional word or two is dropped. not sure why we having this problem

Got this unit 28 days ago to replace a 10 year old plasma. Really like the picture and features. Not pleased with the judder affect but figured getting a 60" for $699 I could live with it. Real issue is a defect that gives a shadow image in the lower left part of screen. Its always there no matter what source, input or content. On the phone and store I was told by Bestbuy they can do nothing because their return policy is 15 days. Should've gone to BJ's, they give 90 days! Now its in the hands of Samsung to resolve this. Waiting to hear back. TV itself is pretty decent if not for the defect. Poor rating is basically for the merchant. Bye-bye Bestbuy, you'll never see any of my $ again.

I replaced my 46" led Samsung with this. My living room is about 16" long with the couch on one end and the tv on another. Had geek squad mount it and it's terrific!

Most stores had sold out...Best Buy was able to order the TV with ease and we had it delivered and installed within a week. This was truly a best purchase and experience!

This TV is absolutely amazing, we upgraded from a VERY old plasma and the difference is stunning. We liked it so much we actually bought two. I highly recommend this TV.

I bought this tv during the Black Friday and initially I thought nothing goes wrong with Samsung brand, but I was wrong the picture wasn’t clear, all blurry. The sound wasn’t great either. I became very disappointed and thought of going for suhd tv even the price tag for those are hovering close to 2K. I was in the Best Buy the next day for 3 hours looking at all tvs in the display. Finally one of the tv got my attention and it was a sharp aquos tv. I bought that tv and returned Samsung. That’s the best decission I made in a very long time.

I was looking for a replacement TV after my last one was broken and after reading through all the reviews posted, I knew I had to buy it! Great product and a great value.

Bought online, Best Buy delivery was on time and within 2 days of purchase. Quality product with no surprises, the reviews were spot on, can't ask for any more than that.

I really enjoy this tv. However, because not all channels are ready for advanced tvs. I first thought something was wrong because it flicks when I change channels only to discover its the station. I hope they will soon be ready for 2160s.

I love this t.v.! Especially the size. It hangs perfectly on the wall. I didn't find an issue with the colour as most reviews state. Overall, I am happy with it.

I love Samsung TVs-the picture is amazing. Until this one. Not sold on the upgrade to 4K Ultra HD. You need to be in front of the TV for a good picture. The settings to get a good picture take forever to finally get set. Others have come out of the box with a clean look. This is a chore. The more features added, the more issues you have. Six weeks into ownership the TV now "announces" extra information is available. The first six weeks it just showed the notice. The verbal notification is horrible. Not sure why anyone at Samsung thought is was a good idea or the repeating it was on HDMI as well. I am sure there will be more that issues as I own it longer.

Nice TV that is not SUHD but you pay lot less. I even got a price match and got a great low price. You will see hazzy picture on fast movement but it's not too bad.

I did my "homework" before buying and I'm very pleased with the product. I had the Geek Squad set it up with the rest of my stuff and that was money well spent.

This is the largest TV size I have purchased to date and I was not disappointed. So far the image is clear, crisp and clean with color hues that I would expect.

Your average TV.. The picture is clear, not fuzzy. The colors could be a slight more vibrant. Don't notice a difference at all with the 4K. All in all, I guess you get what you pay for.

This was a replacement for an older Samsung big screen and I am very pleased with the new technology and ease of use.

Great picture for a 60" screen. It's perfect for my man cave. The colors and the picture are clear and sharp. I'm looking forward to the football season.

We love this TV and especially the 4K Ultra HD TV feature. It is the best TV that I have ever own. I highly recommend it to anyone in the market to buy a new TV.
