Manual was useless and so was Tech Support by phone. Finally got answers on line. Smart Hub doesn't always work and have had trouble getting Pandora to work - Tech help says iHeart Radio not compatible for some reason. Samsung phone support again proved to be no help. Were supposed to call me back and never did. Samsung customer support seems poor. TV picture is okay but for hi def 4K ready, I was expecting better.
