Far exceeded my expectations of the picture. Bizarre 3D feeling when watching ANYTHING! It makes you want to rewatch old shows because it looks like it was filmed different...in 3D! I never noticed this in the store, but when I got it home, I was mesmerized. It wasn't just me, my family and friends noticed the same thing.I had the same size HDTV for 10 years and the difference is mind numbing! This is one the best investments I've ever made!

this was an open box purchase, at a very good price. seems to have a good digital tuner, picks up about 60 stations from a mid range antenna. now for the bad. this applies to all high tech stuff . I HATE MENUS. why have to scroll through menus sub menus sub sub menus drop down menus ? especially when the buttons are so close to each other that mistakes are inevitable and you have to start over. I have an old analogue stereo with knobs and switches. want to adjust volume, turn a knob, want to adjust bass, turn a knob, want to change stations , press a button. no stupid unintuitive menus to scroll through . the tv is jerky when watching old over the air movies and taped programming. no printed manual included. I had to contact support several times to figure out how to change some settings. support was bad on I question could not help me. figured it out myself eventually. the picture quality is good and the sound acceptable but I use a home theatre system anyway. I would rate this a 4 out of 5 stars only because of the low price for a 4K 60" tv..

Despite having to return our original TV, we did upgrade to the 65" It is beautiful. The color is great its excellent for movie watching and game playing, It fits perfectly in our living room and I couldnt be happier.

I would have given this TV 4 1/2 stars, I'm just not sure how to do it. I got this TV for a great price at Best Buy for $700. I had the geek squad come and install it on the wall and hook up my other peripherals. The geek squad did a great job and I can't say enough Great things about these guys. The TV quality is excellent, once you go to YouTube and view 4K videos it's amazing the quality of the picture. It works well with our U-verse remote, but using the TVs supplied remote makes accessing YouTube and other Wi-Fi features easier. It only comes with three HDMI ports if it had another that would be more convenient for the additional equipment I have. I would highly recommend this TV but wait for the great sale prices. I also bought a Samsung sound bar which connects wirelessly to this TV, I went ahead and used the supplied optic cable that came with the sound bar, the salesman recommends using HDMI, but honestly you cannot tell the difference by using the optic cable or an HDMI cable, save your money and use the supplied optic cable.

Watching Star Wars on it now. Picture is incredible

I purchased this set for my father as a Christmas present. Now that it's hung and the picture settings have been dialed in it's throwing a great picture. Sound quality is surprisingly decent without a sound bar, though that's more a function of the environment the tv ended up in. Menu settings are straightforward and everything functions as it should. Upscaling 1080p content looks better than expected. The only real criticisms I have are 1) viewing angles can greatly affect the picture contrast and 2) the Samsung's Smart Hub could offer more channels...you may end up having to purchasing a Roku or Amazon Fire TV. I wouldn't recommend this set for a videophile, but for the average consumer it's a great looking set with excellent picture quality.

Love the color and clarity. Netflix loads up way faster than from TiVo. Sound is great but definitely sound bar enhances it. Love Bluetooth technology. Can watch movies late night without disturbing rest of family.

Partial to Samsung since I have 4 other Samsung TV's. Great picture and sound is better than I thought. Remote control is simple to use with minimal amount of buttons. Syncs easily with cable box and DVD player.

Love it! This is my first 4K Ultra High Def purchase. TV apps are awesome. Options that I was just used to using on my Apple phone and my phone pairs well with this TV makes using YouTube and Spotify smoother to type in search terms quicker and and to control the cursor better when online browsing. Online browsing on this TV isn't great but it works. One of the fun connections to have on this TV is the USB 3 port. I've popped in my flash drive many times to watch 4k quality downloaded movies. The 4k picture is very impressively clear. I don't see why these tech nerds are so picky in their reviews regarding this TV picture quality. It is the best I've ever seen and for the amount of money it costs?! Go geek out somewhere else.

I bought a Vizio 60 but wasn't satisfied with the clarity. My friend just bought a Samsung and told me how great it is , so I returned the Vizio and got the Samsung. Boy, this is much better and easier to use. The best part is the easy return process at Best Buy. My kids love the smart tv.

We have enjoyed watching TV with this 60" Samsung TV. The picture quality is 5-star worthy. It was an easy set-up. I totally satisfied with this purchase.

TV has a great picture. It is much better than the LG that I was told was comparable.

I was going down from a 73' DLP TV and was concerned that I would have a hard time adjusting to to the smaller TV but the clarity of this TV has made the adjustment very easy and it is very easy to operate. The person that I had assisted us at the store was also very nice and patient as well

The picture is more awesome than I imagined. Delivery was excellent. Geek Squad hook up tremendous. They took the time to explain operations of all equipment. Been loving my Smart TV ever since.

This TV I awesome! I'm glad I upgraded to this one, I've always had good experiences with Samsung TV's and this one is no different! Picture is great, easy to use! SMART function is simple.

The picture quality on this TV is met with expectation of 4K resolution. It is easy to set up, and the new style of remote control works fine.

I had this tv set up and going within 15 minutes from removing it from the box. Easy step-by-step instructions are provided. The picture is what I was wanting. Excellent tv for the money.

This TV has met all of our expectations, it allows us to switch between Netflix, Cable and Gaming without the need for several remotes. The picture quality is good and the setup is easy.

We bought this television and have enjoyed every minute of viewing. Crisp, clean picture and easily controlled features. Only drawback is not enough HDMI outlets for our needs.
