Purchased the TV for my living room and I love it.

TV was as expected and I'm happy with my purchase.

It's an ok television, but with our DIRECTV service the picture an be awful. I do hate the smart tv interface. Would prefer a qwerty keyboard vs this remote. Samsung smart view is cumbersome and does not work well at all with my iPad Pro.

Really it all comes down to the clarity and color. I have a Haier in another room and the quality is unbelievable better than Samsung and Sony. I am thinking of taking this back. Also I can't believe I can't get the CNNGO app or down load nit from the web browser. The remote is the size of my pinky and when I try to down load apps it's asking for Flash and then it won't work. It's just a big headache. My Haier has Roku and it's awesome. The best thing about this TV is ,,, it has an incredible sound.

While I like the tv and the picture, it routinely drops the internet connection at start up, requiring me to reboot my modem or re enter my password and start over. Very frustrating.

I was told the TV would be installed so I could learn how to operate it. Didn't happen! The box was just dropped off. My 66-yr old dau tried to connect it but I'm not even sure how to turn it on or off. I'm 87 but can get most things to work well enough. I've told Best Buy but no one seems to care! Called at 10:30 today but no one called back tho I gave my zip & tele #.

I ordered the TV (Samsung 60'' UHD) instore (Best Buy John Hancock Center in Chicago) during ThanksGiving. While ordering I was told that the TV is available and if I signup for BestBuy credit card I would get 10% extra reward points. So I signedup and after everything is done the representative told me the TV is out of stock. Upon complaining about this another representative (ZAC) misbehaved and said you should be ready for such things if you want TV at cheaper price (as if he is doing a favor). All done and dusted. TV arrived after 2 months and it arrived with missing pods/screws. Contacted store customer care. First of all they took 20min to answer the call and representative (Rich) promised me the pods withing 2 days which obv dint arrive called them again but same fake promises. Its been 5 days. I went to the store and they said they will look into it. the 60'' TV is huge and is lying on my floor as repacking is risky. I am really upset with this purchase and behaviour from bestbuy.
