I bought this tv expecting flawless... I received mediocre at best. Picture quality was nice but this tv had latency issues when gaming.

I suppose this might be a good tv if the source is 2160 lines but if not, the picture appears too pixelated for my taste.

Had did alot of research on this tv but not much out there. Took a risk on it and im very happy with my purchase. The remote its very small and easy to used. Kinda like a amazon fire stick remote with out the voice search. But to me who needs it. Picture quality is very good. I like watching YouTube videos in 4k on it and simply amazing. One really cool thing i like is you can hook up a pair off Bluetooth speakers to it. So what i did was connecting my Bluetooth headset and now i can watch movies or just about anything with out disturbing my family. I have my xbox one and its works fine with it. The tv has in the settings game mode and sports mode so hope that helps someone if there thinking about buying this tv. Know don't get me wrong theres no perfect tv out there i had to do alot of adjustment to get it the way i like it. And also remember its a 60hz native tv the 120 which says on the box just helps with the motion blur. I did my research and didn't really care but if you do you mite want to looks somewhere else. I've had a un60J6300 for 3 in a half years and to me its a very big upgrade. The HDR on its what i was looking for also in a tv. So to my conclusion if your looking for a entry level 4k hdr tv with some cool features check this out and for 1299. I think its very worth it. And one more thing don't let the salesman try and get you to buy something else. If you did your research and just going for what you know is best just get it. I did and I'm very happy. Hope this review/ my personal opinion helps anyone and by all means i am no way a tv professional i just did my homework. Good luck and happy buying.

Only Ok since my HD TV is just as clear during hockey games, movies, and the news.

Works great, have no current issues at the present

This was a BF deal, and was good, but the controls are convoluted.

We do not have cable or satellite tv. Our last tv would pick up local stations with small antenna. This TV is awful for picking up local TV stations. Would return but don't want to pay restocking fee. Had to buy booster which helps a tiny bit. Some days we can't get any channels at all.

I looked at these TVs for months at several stores, Read the reviews and online articles. After careful consideration I chose this Samsung 60. All I can say is that after my first weekend of use I am very impressed. Very easy set up, remote use and features are nice and straight forward. But what is most impressive is the picture quality. The upscaling from 1080 and especially blue ray is like nothing else i have ever seen. Even my wife made several comments during our movie last nite about how great that picture looks. Its that good! Wow

I exchange this TV for one with a 120 refresh rate.

Decided to jump into a 4k ultra HD set to upgrade from our 50 inch LG 3D hdtv that we still own and love. But considering the great prices we purchased this Samsung during black friday sales. Right out of the box the smart options are more advanced and superior to the 2013 LG model which makes sense connecting fast to our Wi-Fi and having great app options from Netflix, Amazon prime, HBO Now etc.. The smart hub accessibility makes it easy to scroll through smart, source and tv settings. The picture options are great having tweaked calibration a bit with all different formats from standard, natural, movie, and my favorite format being dynamic because of mode showing brightest colors for normal tv watching and movies not being HDR ones. This set offers special viewing modes such as sports, gaming, and HDR having the extent HDR capabilities tv offers that look great without having to pay $500+ for sets that offer more detailed High dynamic range. The good thing is Netflix and Amazon prime offer fair amount of 4k programming along with HDR one that allows you to view the great picture quality this tv offers. We have it connected to a Sony receiver and yamaha speakers that allowed 3d input via optical so I did not have to upgrade to newer 4k receiver for better sound though tv speakers are pretty good but not DTS or Dolby quality. The sports mode looks great and helps with motion plus setting having smoother motion rate for sports watching. The Youtube 4k videos are another way to view the great picture quality of this set. In addition our Directv package offers a few 4k channels to appreciate 4k viewing even more and by next year should have larger 4k content. To sum it up great tv for the price offering the closest quality to the more expensive OLED LG models and SUHD Samsung tvs that were more recently released. Though those sets offer latest HDR capabilities and 4k tech, it cannot be fully appreciated yet because satellite and cable just do not offer enough 4k or HDR programming. So having this set and paying the price we paid for it fits our viewing needs.

This is by the worst tv I have ever brought home. We recently had a Samsung 50" plasma that was only 720p that finally started showing bats in the middle of the screen so we decided to go with another Samsung. We made the wrong choice! This tv was not clear, everything was blurred and all of the colors were off (so bad that blues were green and people's faces were beat red). I tried every setting and adjustment that there was to get a clear and better picture but no luck. The 720 plasma was 1000x better even with the bars in the screen. Oh an that stupid remote wth only 5 buttons gives you 0% control over ANYTHING. we took this tv back and ordered a Sony that will not be here for over a week.

This is my second Samsung TV. NOt sure why I decided to buy another when the first one stopped working. But I fell for it again. Bought theSamsung - 60" Class (60" Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV around Christmas of 2016 and it is now 1 year later and the TV is already failing. Of course the warranty just ran out. Amazing how that works. TV is spotty/fuzzy with little white pixelated dots all over and the sound blinks in and out. Started about 2 weeks ago and is slowly getting worse. ALmost the same thing that happened to the last Samsung TV that I had. I won't fall for it again.

This TV is one of the best you can buy in terms of features, but Samsung will send out a delayed update about a month after you turn it on. The update locks you out of all Smart TV features unless you provide personal information and consent to have your behavior and history sold to advertisers. Buy another brand.

Initially I had problems with the TV dropping the internet connection. I worked with Samsung tech support and after a few calls they solved the connection problem. However, when they fixed the connection problem they lost the icons that allow you to navigate. After a few more phone calls Samsung admitted they were having this problem with some of their TVs, their technicians were working on the problem but they did not have a way to fix it at this time. They said they would call me back in a few week with an update. Still waiting.
