Had this TV for a little over a year and the picture and sound quality are top-notch everything I would expect from a Samsung product. But the issue comes with it randomly kicks us out of the streaming apps. This is an issue that I have dealt with pretty much since I got the tv still currently trying with Samsung to get this issue figured out. But like the tech from the Geek Squad who came out to look at the TV said it seems to be an operating system issue on the part of Samsung The Tizen it is not very compatible with some of the streaming apps. Yes, it works but there are issues.

Excellent picture and size for the price. Remote takes a hot minute to get accustomed to, but then it’s fine. For less than $500 you can’t beat this Samsung.

The Samsung 60" is a beautiful TV with a super nice picture. We are very happy, EXCEPT, the sound is too low for our living room. But, our house has an open floor plan, so our living room, dining room and kitchen area is approximately 18' x 24'. So I guess it stands to reason that two little quarter sized speakers aren't going to be enough for this space. I will have to buy a sound bar. Then, everything should be fine. The small speakers is the reason I gave 4 stars, instead of 5. This house will be used as a Corporate Leased house. I bought 5 TV's from Best Buy. Great service, prices and TV's.

I Really love this T.V. It is perfect. It has a clear picture with vibrant colors. I went ahead and bought a second one for the bedroom.

Other than mediocre volume, this is a great tv! I have it attached to a sound bar so it doesn't impact me. The brightness and pictures is great, especially for the price.

Exact visual detail and perfect color. So much more clarity with this upgrade. Good price value. Recomend sound bar with purchase.

Great entry level tv, pair it with total tech for a regret free purchase. I have it in my children's room with zero worries.

Overall this is a good tv. However, available apps are not exciting. The drawback for me is that it didn’t have an off/on switch on the television if the remote for whatever reason stopped working. The HDMI ports were very limited too.

TV has meet up to my expectations. Very clear picture quality, easy to set up and get connected to the apps I use. Definitely recommend to a friend

I love this TV, pictures are surprisingly great, TV. Is easy to program. I am over 70 years old and didn't have to call my younger family to come and help me out.

We bought this one to replace another Samsung that was slow to pull up Netflix. This one is much quicker and the picture looks great. Would recommend, good value

Beautiful display. Definitely brighter than my prior TV. Easy to setup, and I appreciate that it auto-detects most devices like the Amazon Firestick and most gaming consoles. Linking to my mobile device didn't work, but that's a negligible issue. Only two USB input ports, which was a bit surprising. Fortunately I already had a USB switch box from my prior TV. Took a bit of effort to get the TV to recognize the switch box, but that's not the fault of the TV. Sound is not great. You will probably want to also pick-up a sound bar.

Loving this TV! Great picture and amazing value for the cost! We are using this with a Samsung soundbar…which enhances the overall sound effects.

Bought this 60" to replace another 60" Samsung that was damaged. Will probably buy the same samsung in a smaller size for another room. The setup for the TV was a little wonky, but not terrible.

The price was more attractive ok picture quality bought it for air b and b shows good streaming but regular tv picture was just ok...

Love it! great picture, would like a bit more sound volume, returned and exchanged a new LG because the remote is useless.
