Minimal connections, and not enough. Everything is either Bluetooth or wireless. Soundboards are difficult unless it’s Bluetooth.

Out the box, it was easy to set up. Once configured with my phone, there was content already available on the Samsung Smart TV. I'm disappointed that I did not make the move sooner. Picture is great as well. Only been using it for a few days. I want to mount it and am considering a sound bar so I can duplicate the theatre feel.

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with unresponsive apps. To ensure performance is fully optimized, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.
Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

The picture is fine, BUT Samsung really dropped the ball on the remote. We had grown accustomed to using voice on the Xfinity remotes, but that's not an option on this TV. You can get a remote with voice, but Samsung has disabled voice commands at the TV operating system level so it still won't work. I would not have bought it if I had known about this issue. It's still an annoyance even after having the TV for three months.

We did not have room for a 65" + set. 60" sets are few and far between. Being a smart TV, it has all of the apps installed that make it ready to go and new apps are easily added. Easy learning curve with the remote. Screen is sharp and bright. Sound is very good. Also, thin border, framing the screen, is very unobtrusive making it seem that all you are looking at is the picture.

I'm using a non-4K Roku stick on this TV and the picture is still excellent. When watching during the day, dark movie scenes can be difficult to see. No problem watch bright scenes like golf, sports, or daytime movie scenes. We have this in our master bed room; watch from chairs 8 ft from the screen or 18ft from the screen when watching from bed. Viewing from either location is great. The audio is very good for our use.
