Very nice thin television with crystal clear picture. I love Samsung TVs. This one is very nice and was inexpensive compared to other flat screens.

This has exceeded all expectations. My older model finally gave out and purchased this one. Still getting used to the dynamics of a smart TV. Picture quality great. Do wish they had more HDMI ports- that would make it supreme.

This replaces an old 55 inch Samsung 1080 TV. Purchased for less than $500. Install was a breeze. Unpack the box and put in the two legs. Setup was a bit more work. You have to go thru several screens. Picture quality and sound was great.

Fantastic TV at any price / I’m 62 , and terrified of Smart anything , but installation was a breeze. Set up Samsung account , and watched TV. Picture is very sharp, and bright. The only negative I could say is , I wish the sound had a little more volume.

Purchased this 60" TV for one of my office conference rooms and it is getting rave reviews. No glare from the conference table view to the wall it's installed on and the screen is very crisp and clean when projecting from laptop during meetings. Great buy and price!

The Samsung 60” is perfect for our family room. We have a Samsung 58” in the living room and liked it so much that we bought another one. Our first Samsung was purchased for our summer home. No need to switch brands unless we have issues!

Runs slow at times but runs majority of time well.

Can’t go wrong with Samsung television. After my previous 60” tv quit working, I purchased this 60” model which has 4k and had smart tv functions. Easy to understand setup instructions and great picture. Recommend it.

Good tv for the money lacks in the blacks and some brightness, computer on it is a little slow but considering it's a entry lvl 4k it ticks all the right areas. The two technicians did a great job of putting the new tv stand together and then assembled the new Samsung bought from Best Buy to the tv stand. Also assembled a 55 inch tv in the bedroom bought from Best Buy 2 years ago to the wall. They then hook all the cables and made sure tv's were working and also hooked up prnter. They did a AWESOME JOB!!

I was not pleased with this TV, primarily due to the software/operating platform. My kids’ top used app right now is HBO Max and this app would not run properly on this TV’s software. Other apps worked okay but there was still lagging and delays with overall performance. Likewise with the remote, the TV was slow to pick up the signal when pressing buttons from the remote control. I would push a button and nothing would happen so then I would push it again, and the TV would execute the command twice which was pretty annoying (e.g., press the arrow right button to go to a specific app, nothing would happen so press the arrow right button again, and it would move two apps over). The other complaint I have is with the phone app that Samsung insists you must download. I was inundated with a ton of ads to purchase upgrades and additional services and never could quite get the actual app to work properly. Many of the features in settings were unavailable to me and I never figured out why. For example, when Best Buy came to pick up the TV (I returned it for reasons stated above), I realized I neglected to log out of all of my apps. I tried to quickly do a factory reset of the TV, and the option was unavailable to me. There were a couple other instances where Samsung directed me to certain features and options in settings to fix XYZ issue that were also unavailable to me (can’t remember off the top of my head what they were). I have wall mount hardware that was used for my prior TV that included universal screws to attach the mounting brackets. The instruction manual specified a certain size screw, but the specified screw was too short to attach to the brackets. I ended up using a screw that was a couple mm longer and it worked out quite well. I read many of the one star and negative reviews on this TV and noticed how Samsung frequently came back with the fact that this is a budget version TV and not intended to be at the level of quality of their more expensive models. Fine, but sell a TV that has software that works properly. I replaced this one with a different brand and did further research on the operating platforms. I was not impressed with this software (Tizen) and will be sure to steer away from all TVs or products using this platform in the future.

Great tv picture. I’m impressed with it. Very good value for what you get for a large screen tv. The Best Buy staff member knew his products and was quite helpful.

We finally moved to a larger TV and it has been eye-popping. When we watch games it feels like we are in the building. The Super Bowl and Winter Olympics were great. We can't wait to see the NCAA tournament and baseball when it comes back.

Best tv at such a great price with tons of amazing features and my guests love it. It fits perfectly in my living room. And local channels look really good compared to my other tv's, suprisingly good.

This tv is awesome! I just upgraded from a 55 inch LCD Samsung I had for over a decade to this 60 inch one and it’s an incredible picture. I love how the screen takes up all of the tv versus the picture frame it used to be of wasted space.

Real good TV for the price and Best Buy did a nice job mounting it. The QLED is a better TV all around not just for the picture/brightness but for the remote. The remote on the Crystal models is not very good - poorly designed. Five stars if remote was decent.
