The only con I would mention is that if you are also using a PS4, there is a tad bit of lag with the main Smart TV features. For example, sometime when you turn the TV on, the PS4 will randomly turn on as well, causing both to pop up and slow down the process of streaming.

Looking for Geek Squad TV Specialist

I especially liked the TV specialist that installed and set up the TV. He gave me his name and phone number, but I cannot find where I put it. I called the store and they could not identify the agen t.

Previously had the 58” version that was purchased about 14 months ago. Unfortunately, I didn’t pick up the extra protection plan and the picture went out on it. This time around, I went for a little bigger screen and added the 5 yr protection.
