I finally moved and was able to open up and use my new TV. The audio is not the best I’ve heard but I’m adjusting the settings and will try to make it a little better. probably a sound bar would help.

But overall it is ok.

This smart tv has apps and can be connected to your laptop or desktop. It can also mirror your cellphone screen, so convenient! Great buy!

I tried everything to make the brightness brighter and the color More vibrant. I just couldn’t do it. I don’t know if there is another setting somewhere else but I tried everything and I know a lot about TVs but this TV is good so far like I said it’s just the brightness and the vibrant of colors but what can I expect for $479? The next TV is definitely going to be a better OLED with brighter settings and vibrant colors.

Thank you for your purchase and review of the Samsung TU7000. Please know we are here to help and have a few recommendations that may help with the brightness of your TV.
For darker scenes, I recommend Dynamic Picture Mode, which makes pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic.
Or you can manually adjust the Brightness by pressing the HOME button on your remote, then navigating to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings.
You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings > General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode.

We only use over air broadcasts and stream Netflix etc, so probably won’t see the true resolutions of the tv. Wish it had more HDMI ports.

The clarity and visuals are beyond my expectations. Hookup and app logins were not an issue and the Tv was well packaged

Definitely an upgrade from the Insignia tv that we previously had that blew up after only a year! Graphics are great. Home Screen is a little weird though.

Thank you for letting us know about the issues you are experiencing with the TU7000 TV and Samsung Soundbar. Please try the following troubleshooting tips to help resolve this issue:
1. Disconnect all HDMI devices.
To make sure that the setup is configured correctly, it's easiest to start from scratch.
2. Turn on only the TV and soundbar.
Any other HDMI devices can be left alone for now. After the issue is resolved, you can reconnect and turn on any other devices.
3. Connect the TV and soundbar's ARC ports with an eARC-compatible HDMI cable.
After a moment, the TV will autodetect the soundbar. Examples of eARC-compatible cables include an HEAC or HEC cable. Make sure you use a cable you know is functional and in good condition.
4. Once the soundbar is detected, enable the proper settings on the TV.
On the TV, navigate to Sound > Expert Settings, and enable both HDMI eARC Mode and Dolby Atmos compatibility.
5. Update the firmware on your TV and soundbar.
If you're still having issues, make sure you have updated the software on both your TV and your soundbar.
6. Request service.

I did not realize however, that TVs like mine had very few HDMI inputs, so I needed to purchase a universal remote in order for the TV to handle the sound bar, cable box and DVD player.
