This by far is the worst one. The tv was purchased brand new and the screen is coming apart. This will be getting returned ASAP. Other than that the picture quality great for the price point. Maybe it was just a bad one out of the bunch. I do not know but just not happy I have to bring back a tv that is less than a month old that is 60 inches.

Navigating across the streaming apps is difficult and we have come very close to throwing the remote at it. Buy this only if you want to create some more frustration and tension in your household.

I’m sorry for the difficulties you are experiencing with your TV. We understand your frustrations, and are here to help.
If your apps are freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue.
Please also check that your TV is running the latest firmware version. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
If your issue persists, please contact Samsung Customer Support.
