Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 and for sharing your thoughts regarding the clarity of the TV. The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen.
Here are some tips to help improve the picture clarity:
1) HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing.
2) If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box.
3) Change the output resolution of your devices, such as digital broadcast receiver, IPTV, and set-top box to UHD or HD.
4) You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings
5) Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.

Best buy has horrible customer service

I have Samsung Tv's throughout the house because you can get the "Spectrum app" No longer need a cable box. You can stream Spectrum from any room as long as you have WiFi. Great Picture too!

Received incorrect tv non working tv resolved now
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wouldn’t know product arrived missing remote and not functioning, (would not power on) so not going to give much of a review but 3 stars which is neither good or bad but returned this and was sent the correct television and all turned out 100% correct and better than expected. Great customer service which is very hard to come by nowadays from anywhere

You get what you pay for

There is a delay on the buttons so the tv doesn’t register fast enough. Have to press it multiple times to get it to work even with new batteries. Its been the same since i got it.
