Broke tv
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The tv arrived broke through delivery and trying to to return it was a hassle. Customer service hung up on me and would not be able to pick up until the following week. Long story short I ended up dragging it to the store myself and that was a whole other ordeal. It’ll be a whole before I go to Best Buy again for anything.
