This is the second Samsung TV we have purchased from Best Buy since moving to this house. The difficulty of mounting is above a tiled fireplace in a corner with vaulted ceilings made size an issue. We had about decided on a 55" when we found this 60" one. Based on the dimensions we figured we could just get the TV and a soundbar in the spot. Fortunately, we had the foresight to reroute the cable and electricity when we updated the fireplace. Still, it wasn't an easy job, but the Geek Squad team from El Centro did a great job. If your planning on buying one, I would definitely recommend getting the Atmos soundbar and sub. It makes a world of difference. We had previously purchased the Geek Squad maintenance when we purchased new kitchen appliances, so it was easy for us to opt to have them do the installation but your situation may be different. Also, if you are going to hang you TV on the wall, make sure you know your stud separation and placement. Some modification to the mount we purchased was required because one of the studs we needed to use was in the center where the mount manufacturer had not accounted for that eventuality. We would have opted for a different mound if we would have been a bit more thorough in our planning. Luckily, it all worked out for us.

This is my first TV I bought by myself and I was so excited! It works great, the set up was REALLY simple and the quality is amazing!

We originally bought an open-box 65" CU7000 but for the life of couldn't get a clear picture or brighter colors. I'm not sure if we just got a bad TV or the quality is that bad, but this new 60" DU7200 looks 100 times better. The darks look dark and the colors are really vibrant. The picture also looks a lot clearer. We went dont a half inch in size as the 65" looked too big for our living room.

This TV is perfect. The features are incredibly easy to use. Sound is great and color quality is perfect.

I love this TV, the colors are bright and very colorful I love that you only need one remote for everything.

My new 60” Samsung Chrystal UHD Smart TV Rocks!!! The picture and sounds are super clear! The tv’s connectivity with internet and my smart phone are seamless! Tv can be control via remote or my cell phone. I plan to purchase a soundbar and subwoofer to accentuate sound quality for movies & games. The is a beautiful smart tv that exudes Samsung’s quality & technology advancements! I love it!!

The Samsung 60" DU7200 has great picture quality for an inexpensive 4K TV, however sound from the internal speakers is a little disappointing. My older Samsung 7100 series seems to have better sound. If you purchase this TV, a sound bar is a must.

The picture and sound are great, and I love that I could easily set up my iPhone to use for a remote.

Awesome tv that has a crisp 4k image. Got it dor a good deal and its working great.

OK picture but suffers from glare. Does not process movement well, especially older content, it's just a blur with significant latency. The sound is OK for a smaller room; sometimes turned up to 60+, might benefit from a sound bar. The Smart TV is S L O W . . . Spinning wheels, sometimes for over a minute, like when turning on or trying to initialize an app. This delay leads to multiple button pushes that simply lock up the processor. The remote control is minimalist, must be pointed directly at the TV, has no voice control which is needed. It is ponderous to change channels one at a time on the Xfinity Streaming guide. AND what's with these POP-UP TEXT ADS in the middle of the screen??? They appear randomly and remain for several minutes on broadcast TV stations via Xfinity Streaming. Samsung and Xfinity/Comcast blame each other, disavowing responsibility, yet BOTH have buried in their initial setup agreement, default acceptance of "Interest-Based Advertising" or promotions. You have to go to settings and DESELECT the box that gives them permission. I did this for both Samsung and Xfinity, and yet my TV is still plagued with pop-up text ads. I don't know if it is the Samsung TV or Xfinity Streaming, but I am not alone in this problem, according to internet inquiries. I CANNOT RECOMMEND this Samsung TV paired with Xfinity Streaming as a result. Hours with each respective customer service has achieved nothing but denials from them. The only solution seems to be returning the TV. My much more expensive Samsung 77" does not have this problem, even running Xfinity Streaming. You get what you pay for?

This tv is amazing. I replaced this nee 60inch tv from my 50 inch tv I had before. Samsung always delivers a great product

Waiting for a friend to set up the TV. I have used Samsung in the past and am very satisfied with the quality. The big plus for me is that it is 60 inches. I have a built in entertainment center and it is almost impossible to find a 60 inch TV now. When the entertainment center was built, a 60 inch TV was common, but not now, so the fact I was able to find this Samsung is a blessing.

Great Samsing quality BUT we didnt realize the model does not provide an optical outlet for our Samsung sound bar which means we had to buy and install an adapter creating more clutter. Not happy with that surprise.
