Outstanding Transaction. Delivery was great. Unfortunately for me this is the largest, almost too large to fit, in the mounting location. This 60 in tv is perfect for us, even my wife loves it. It has everything we need, and I have always had superior experience with Samsung. If you have the room, go with the 65 in model, it is lower in price than the 60 in. Picture quality is amazing, and it has more functions than we can figure out. Very easy to swap out with our old 50 in.

Samsung 60" DU7200 TV is deficient in types of audio ports- RCA, optical, 3.5mm. The previous Samsung 60TU7000 developed a hardware problem so this was an extended warranty replacement. Besides the poor sounding built-in speakers the only way to connect external speakers is using HDMI Arc or Bluetooth. My great sounding but older Vizio soundbar has neither. Having to purchase an additional Bluetooth enabling device for the Vizio soundbar is an inconvenient setup. Family members all agree.

I was left in a precarious position when my previous 60" TV kicked the bucket - it seems the size wasn't all that popular and so most manufacturers stopped making it. In fact, this was literally the only one I could find. Stepping up to 65 wouldn't fit in the space I have set up and I was trying to avoid going smaller. I usually prefer to go with LG as I've found the specs to be on par with Samsung but at a more reasonable price point. However, this wasn't a bad deal at all so we gave it a go based on Samsung's reputation in the TV market. Big mistake - the blur and lag is some of the worst I've ever seen. Part of it is my fault - I'm one of the weirdos that despises the "soap opera effect" caused by the motion smoothing features most modern tv's have. Turning this off has never caused an issue on any LG unit I've purchased. This guy however, it's downright pathetic for a 2024 television. Simple things like scrolling through menus on my Apple TV it can't keep up properly and the blur is just awful. On top of this the sound was abysmal out of the box, had to play with a bunch of settings to get it to not sound like a dull noise from three rooms away. To be fair, the picture looks nice enough when it's not blurring. But the blur honestly ruins the experience for me, as does this weird thing it does where it'll turn itself back on after a minute or two - there are times I have to power down 4 and 5 times for it to stay off. I blame myself for tossing the box before putting it through the paces, had I known what I was getting into I would've just stepped down to 55 and picked up something of a better quality. Unfortunately the money is gone and so we'll ride it out until this thing is kaput. As for Samsung though, after this I'm likely done.

The tv picture is great, very sharp and clear. Also the set up for the tv was quite easy and with the on screen instructions it only took a short amount of time

Very quick navigation, very good image and brightness. Finishing is not "stellar" I would say, but is ok for the price. Speakers are not a strong point.

Fantastic picture. Better sound than our old set (20w vs 10w speakers). Lots of apps pre-installed. Set up was a breeze. Love our new TV.

Works as advertised for a less expensive Samsung model. Tyzen works well and picture is good. Reminder that you now need to create Samsung accounts to access some of this. It's a one-time, quick thing though. We used this for an office conference room that is pretty bright. I would recommend for gaming, movie theater type rooms, or heavy sports viewing. It works fine for those, but you should be spending more for upgraded specs for those environments.
