    A really good tv for gaming, atleast a standard gaming tv I’d say. I love it, crystal clear image, don’t leave tv on to long on a still picture, it will no doubt burn the pixels into the screen (for all those who leave the tv on 24/7) although my tv has been damaged because I had to leave it in storage I am getting a replacement tv for it, same one, always always, get a geek squad warranty even if it’s just 1 or 2 years. I have the 2 year warranty, and I’m so glad I got it. Very responsive, has a extremely fast processor, tv runs at about 60 fps or more, no less (when navigating menus and or in tv apps) this tv is gaming optimized, meaning when you hook any game system no later than last gen systems (ps4, xbox one, ps5, xbox one x) it will automatically have the settings changed to fit the game system and player needs or wants. Tv remote that goes with it, is amazing, takes a type c charger, but also can charge via solar panel (on the back of the remote). Easy setup, this tv does come with support stands to sit on tabletops or tv Entertainment centers. Definitely recommend wall mounting though, it looks way better. The sound is good but not the best, recommend getting a surround sound bar and speakers, or if your like me, just use a headset when you game on it, I figure this is a gaming tv so no one but gamers will buy it. The colors are immaculate almost, they pop.

    I absolutely love this TV!! The picture is beautiful and it was easy to set up. I love how thin it is. I’m happy that the apps Apple TV and Spectrum are on it. The only thing it doesn’t do is allow Apple TV fitness to show on the screen. For that to work I have to actually plug in my Apple TV box. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend.

    Our previous “55 Samsung was close to 15 years old. Still great, but I got a Sonos sound and woofer and could not connect the ARC to the TV. This year Samsung came out with a 60” inch TV for the first time and it fit our TV space perfectly. The picture is amazing and we got rid of all the extra streaming attachments and remotes as a Smart TV. Great price and they delivered it right to our family room. The Sonos system takes our watching experience to a whole new level with this TV. Two Thumbs Up!

    Within a year, the screen shows large light/hazy spots. Streaming video comes through to the TV sometimes low-resolution and wrong aspect-rations (but the same streams look MUCH better to my Roku device). Would not buy again.

    I can’t believe this TV made it out of the factory. The thin plastic back panel wasn’t even aligned or completely attached. A small portion of the misaligned plastic panel covered the very top portion of the two side HDMI ports making them useless, as my HDMI firestick couldn’t fit in. The ports were crooked as well. The bowed back panel also caused the one backside HDMI port to be severely recessed and barely accessible. I can’t believe this is a Samsung TV. A television that costs nearly $1000 should not look like a toddler assembled it. I’m a Samsung TV fan and am hoping this is just a fluke. I’ll be returning/exchanging asap and update my review accordingly.

    We replaced an older 60" TV with this QLED TV to upgrade the picture quality. The difference is amazing - blacks are really black and the detail is really there. The remote gets mixed reviews from the family - the lack of a physical number pad and separate mute button are the biggest complaints, though I find the remote easy to use and like it. You can simply press the mic button and tell it what channel or service you want. The CPU is fast and the TV is very responsive. The only streaming problem we have had is with HBO Max, which sometimes locks up and cannot be restored without turning off the TV and removing the AC power, then restarting the TV. I believe this is an app problem and I hope it is fixed in an update. The tuner in this TV is sensitive and gets great OTA reception on the local channels. The built in guide is well designed. External devices like DVD players are easily added. The installation process is well thought out and easy to follow as you set up the TV for your various accessories and streaming services. We are very happy with this QLED TV.

      Thank you for choosing the Q60A QLED TV and taking the time to share your thoughts on the remote, as well as your experience with the HBO Max app. If your app is freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue.

      Please also check that your TV is running the latest firmware version. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
