I have to have the volume up almost all the way to clearly hear the sound. The picture is good but not as good I expected it to be as this is a QLED model. I am not as happy as I should be, especially considering I paid close to $900.00 for the TV

Change the Sound Mode by going to: Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings

I had to call customer support at one point where I was not sure about what to hook where and I was steered in the right direction. Connnected it and started watching TV.

Everyone was very helpful during and after the sale. I’m very happy with Best Buy. I will definitely return to Best Buy for future electronics purchases.

Geek Squad set it up so we only needed one remote, but after Bose turned off unexpectedly, we had to use the Bose remote again. Also lots of down time while Roku, Hulu and smart TV updates. Sound without Bose is not good.

Apple Valley didn’t have the TV I wanted in stock. A Best Buy 10 miles away had four in stock, yet it still too two weeks to have the TV delivered to Apple Valley Best Buy. I’m not sure why that took so long.
