      Hi pistol,

      We appreciate your feedback on your Q60A TV's sound quality. There are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal sound preferences.

      Change the Sound Mode by going to: Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

      You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings

      To further assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of your TV and remote, you can download the Q60A TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the Q60A TV under QLED 4K TVs > A Model Lineup to download the guides you would like.

      The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.

      - Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off

    I bought this as an open box, excellent condition. I brought it home, and it did not work, the screen was flashing black and blue. I tried calling the store....NOPE!! All calls were being sent through a call center. No way to call the store directly, and they wouldn't transfer me! I called Samsung, they sent a repair person out to look at it the next week. They had to order parts. A part was replaced the following week, and that didn't fix it. Again they had to order parts. Parts were replaced the following week. FINALLY it works, and I love it!! Yes I could have returned it, but I wanted THIS tv, and couldnt find it at a better price anywhere. I also work 3rd shift, hadn't slept yet, and had to go to work yet that night.

    I got a lemon....

    I usually have not had a problem with my Samsung products, but this one is clearly a lemon. Within 2 months after purchasing I had to have the screen replaced. Now the volume/sound works only intermittently. Even though it is under the original 1 year warranty, Best Buy can't help me and dealing with Samsung has been a nightmare. Unless they come watch tv with me for an evening, how am I supposed to prove to them an intermittent problem? So tired of dealing with problems with this tv.

    Picture quality is not as good as expected. Nothing like the Samsung displays in the Best Buy showroom. No operator's manual to help me with the functions, and a very strange remote control.

    Had to return the original one - it only worked for two days. The replacement is working fine. Spectrum advised me to purchase a Samsung or I would of gone with another brand.

    Was happy to get a QLED got it home and found out my cheaper Sony had a much better picture and more connections. Save your money, buy a Sony.

      You can select the Picture Mode that provides the best viewing experience. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also go to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine tune your image.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q60A TV and for sharing your experience with sound delays. Please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1805.4 which includes updates to address any lip sync or audio delays that may be occurring. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      To check why your TV picture may not be displayed properly, you may want to try the following steps:
      1. Try connecting the TV to a different source (e.g. change HDMI ports.) to identify whether the issue is with the TV or the source.
      2. Power cycle both the TV and the source. Make sure to unplug the TV and the source from the power point, wait at least one minute before plugging and turning them back on.
      3. Reset the Picture Settings. Go to: Home > Settings > Picture Expert Settings > Reset Picture
      4. Try adjusting your TV's Power and Energy Saving functions. Go to: Home > Settings > General > Power and Energy Saving to adjust the Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, and Motion Lighting.
