It has a great picture and the smart options make watching Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc easy and fast to launch. Only drawback for me (reason it doesn't get the 5th star) is more my comfort level using the remote. It doesn't have a number pad on so I am still getting used to using voice commands or selecting channels through the number button.

To assist you in the functions and settings of the remote, you can download the Solar Cell Remote Guide directly from Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “TVs”. From there, you can select the Q60A under "QLED 4K TVs” > "A Model Lineup". Additionally, you can find other guides and manuals to further assist you with your TV’s features.

Blacks are sufficient and the colors pop especially in 4K. Terrific choice for its class!

It was never previously used. It appears the original buyer never even set it up since all the original packaging material was not opened. This TV was easy to set up and the picture quality is excellent. As an open box item I saved hundreds dollars from the original price.
