Overall great tv! The image is so clear definitely better after turning off motion smoothing which is a must. Love the app which I can use as a remote as well. Love that the remote has numbers tho

We love the tv it is our main tv and we use all of our apps thru it.

Great tv... excellent color, software works well, only draw back is just two HDMI ports so I had to buy an HDMI switch to plug in all the stuff. Sound is okay, but a soundbar really brings it home.

We bought this TV moving an 85-year-old user from cable to internet only/apps. It set up beautifully, she is thrilled with the picture and sound, and it took all the apps she wanted (ESPN+ her favorite!). The only shortcoming is the display of the available apps is too hard to see, the little app boxes are too small, and there seems to be no way to adjust that. Everything else, price, display, ease of set up was great!

Great value , quality and clarity of colors is perfect. Sound and brightness were perfect considering the price point TV and Mount wereInstalled by Geek Squad . Products were well placed and professionally done by the team. I will be using this TV for outside use. Well done Best Buy Team.

Overall I like the tv. It’s the perfect size. It has a nice quality and clear picture. My only negative is the volume. It is extremely low and at times has to be turned up significantly. It appears to have been a problem with last years model and has continued through this years according to reviews. The remote also seems to glitch at times and go in the opposite direction when changing channels or adjusting the volume.

So far it's a good TV... easy to set up, nice looking, good picture (and good price). Haven't used the smart features, but there's a lot to try. Comes with nothing but the power cable.

Pretty good at this price. Video is crisp and clear with adequate brightness. Sound is also loud and clear. I am happy with my purchase. Best Buy delivered it to my home and it meets my expectations.

A great improvement over my 2016 Samsung 60" TV. The colors are much more vibrant. Also, the 4K upscaling makes the picture look sharp and crisp. My only complaint is that the audio is much lower than my old Samsung, which requires turning up the volume much more, or getting a soundbar. I know this is not the most expensive TV technology out there, but for the price, I'm well satisfied.
