This is a beautiful TV and is well worth the cost. My only complaint is that the way they designed the back isn't super conducive to mounting the device. We had to make several trips to the hardware store to make it work. Fix that, and it's absolutely a five star TV!

I never knew there was a difference in tvs until we this television. Hyde picture is so realistic and the sounds is unbelievable so happy we switched from sonny to Samsung.

The TV was fairly easy to set up. The settings menu is intuitive and clear and easy to use. Access to online data and apps is excellent. Online help is useful and easy to use.

Just upgraded from a 10 yr old Sony Bravia. "A whole new world !!!" What a picture and the universal Samsung remote is friggin great !! Not HDR, but it's beautiful !

We are using it with a blu-ray player, our blu-ray movies are awesome. We like action, sci-fi and fantasy movies, this set handles all that motion really well. Love it.

Love the TV. We had one part missing and dealing with Samsung customer service has been painful.After a month of calling them we are still waiting for the one part.

The only problen is that the volume of the DVD players are very low. switching from cable HDMI to DVD HDMI the DVD is 70% lower. I tried 3 diferent DVDs all the same problem. I added a sound bar so I could rase the volum up to a good level..

I reviewed this TV online before buying it and everything meet the features I need. When I went to buy it was on sale with 500 off so that was nice.

I’ve had this TV for 3yrs and had ZERO issues thus far. Very good quality I’m glad I made this purchase.

Once up and running, the TV works perfectly. Getting there, however, is another story. It seems one has to be a technician to getting it to work.

Enabling HDR on the Xbox One S will switch the video to dull/washed out colors. So cannot play HDR video games or video on the Xbox One S with this TV. Firmware issues causing source input icons do not show up on the menu.

I bought this as an open boxed item. Even though there were other TVs for the same price I went with this one. Do not regret it one bit.

Have had this TV for little over a year now. Overall happy with the picture quality, however starting to see images remaining on TV when scenes change.

The TV exceeded our expectations. Best was the Geek Squad set-up. Two guys set it up in minimum time (under an hour, box to viewing).

I had to get a new TV because of an issue with my Sony. The warranty allowed to be able to upgrade. Very happy with my Samsung.

I had a hard time picking a brand sony or Samsung. I decided to go with Samsung and I am glad I did. I do wish more 4k content was out there but it will come. Best buy was the best. Thanks for the help.

I purchased this open box return because one hole was not drilled for the TV to be mounted. 8 months later the One Connect box went out. Samsung sent a replacement. No other issues with the TV.

This our first smart tv and the imagery is stunning! Easy to use with voice command feature. Great value for the price.
