This TV picture is awesome!! So many features. Love the extra button that gives you information like a team record and game spread.

I have enjoyed this TV for about 2 months now. This screen is amazing everything looks sharp and crisp, even 60 year old movies.

Got this new TV about a week ago, and finally got it mounted and all set up and i must say the picture is beautiful. 4k content from Direct TV, and Netflix just pop, the slim design and minimal bezel give it a sleek look. set up was quick and easy and it picked up all connected devices with ease. Sound from this tv is better than expected but i still picked up samsung hw-k650 for that extra bass. Overall i couldn't be happier with the tv. Buy it you won't regret it

I mostly use this screen for gaming and watching 4K blu-rays and couldn't be happier with this screen. The colors are amazingly rich, the blacks are deep, and the input lag for gaming isn't even noticeable. I run both Xbox One and PS4 Pro on this TV and gaming has never looked better. One downside to watching blu-rays on this screen is that the 4K really exposes the graininess of the discs. Just a minor complaint and easily lived with.

Researched the various TV's in this size and this one looked the best. So far I love this TV.

This TV doesn't skip a beat. It can do more than you need it to do without breaking a sweat. Very nice color throughout and sharpness to the edges of the TV. Once in a while the "blacks" can get a little pixelated but I always leave it on the 4K setting . Other than that a pretty impressive entertainment viewing machine !

This TV will change your life !!!! So life like it makes everything else look dull

Wonderful picture! Great sound! Its better than going to theaters.

At first I was a little apprehensive about the silver finish, but it's fine and now I like that better than black or gray. The TV performs well and the picture is excellent. The voice remote feature works well. I was considering getting the curved model instead, but we have this in a very bright room and I heard curved TVs have more glare in bright rooms.

I am writing to you today about a not so positive experience I had with Best Buy. I writing from the vantage point of a loyal costumer who wants to see the continued success of the company. My wife and I have just completed renovating our house, after getting married 5 short months ago. Its decked out with all new Samsung appliances we bought at best buy. My Wife and I poured countless hours and hard earned money into our first place together. We planned a date (12/8) for our friends and family to see our place. The last thing we needed was a big screen TV. I ordered $2500 of theater equipment from best buy. As I wanted to ensure the TV and theater equipment was set up properly. I went through Best Buy for a cost of $375 to install everything. The appointment was set for (12/7) between the times of 4-8 pm. The repair man came at about 8 Pm, everything went down hill from there...Firstly I was shocked as i was under the impression that it was a best buy team. Instead a third party installation team walked in to my house. In short....after hours of work they shattered the screen of my TV, dented my sound bar, and hurt a brand new couch. They used my couch as a work space for their heavy and sharp tools and blamed best buy for my shattered TV. (even after hearing them admit they broke it from the other room). At about 12 Pm they simply said that i have to call best buy and did not bother removing the broken TV from the wall or installing the other equipment. They left expensive pieces of what i ordered scattered around the floor uninstalled and casually left. Thinking that I would simply get a call from best buy the next day, I was sadly mistaken. I spent the entire day getting transferred from department to department who said they could not help. After two days and 10 hours on the phone I got a claim opened. Yet nothing has happened. I am down $3000 dollars and lost hours of wages,as I spent on them on the phone. All I have to show is a broken Tv and brand new couch that is damaged. As a loyal costumer I have no clue where to turn.

I went in looking for a 65" HDR TV. Had always been impressed with Samsung in the past. Have 4 Samsung TVs in the family now. Salesman said it was the best TV under $2000 in the store. It was a beautiful edge to edge picture. No frame around it. Easy to hook up and set up

I upgraded from the 55" Samsung TV I bought from Best Buy six years ago and was still working great but wanted some of the new features now available. My Grandson is happy with his 55" that he got from me! Even Commercials are great to watch.

The two men who put my TV on my wall & removed the other one were great, well mannered & very respectful. They also cleaned up after themselves. Thanks Best Buy for service people like that. They deserved to be recognized.

Upgrading from a 65JU7100 240hz/3D/4k TV from Samsung, now I have the best picture around. Plus quantom dot technology really helps in dark scenes and in separating black objects from one another, fully recommend.

Picture is awesome with a lot of options to tweak and customize. Sound quality is very good even with out a soundbar. The tv looks elegant and sleek, I get compliments on picture, sound and looks all the time.

Very happy with purchase. Easier to navigate menu functions & ease of connectivity with other components than past new TV experiences. Having Geek Squad set up everything & install TV a great asset.
