We love this TV . The picture is amazing , and it has all sorts of great aps built in including Netflix , and the Google Store , where you can add most any app you want. The smart remote is Great , it can control all my other components ,like my DVD Player ,and my Fire Stick as well as my Cable Box. Thank You

This TV is a great selection in the 65' category. For the price it looks great, deep rich blacks and motion looks flawless. Typical Samsung overkill HDR but you can tweak the settings if you don't like the presets are provided. Smart TV features are fantastic, "if a bit invasive". This has been a great TV so far.

We loved the TV. Big size but not very heavy to move it if needed. Also, clear images for a naked eye. And it has a nice design. I know the next model improves the motion of the images, but not sure if that worths the extra money. i think you will be happy with it, we have decided to keep it! Good luck!

I kept going back and forth between this model and a $900 65 inch LG. According to the specs, I couldn't tell much of a difference and quite frankly all the demos make the televisions (to me) look essentially the same. I wanted to see real content on these TVs - which is virtually impossible because you can't load Netflix or watch cable on them in the store. I finally decided I was going to buy this tv - with the return policy I have until January, so I figured why not. I'll try it, if I don't see a difference I will return it. I purchased an open box certified to save some money. (Paid $1349 11/12/16). We got it home. Setup is super easy with the one connect. Much easier to navigate than a previous LG and Vizio smart tv I have owned. Loaded Amazon Prime - the PICTURE IS AMAZING!!!! This model by far is noticeably better quality than any of the under $1000 models in the store. I would compare it to a $5000 LG that I loved. You cannot go wrong with this TV. I am loving the picture quality - hands down the best television purchase I have made.

I originally was looking for a 55" 4K TV and this 65" model was on sale for about $200 more. Now after owning the 65", I'm glad I did the upgrade. This Samsung model has an outstanding picture, very easy to set up, works great with HD cable, online streaming, also with Blue-Ray DVD 1080P and also 4K. Built in sound is fine for broadcast TV but a little lacking for movies. I did add a Samsung 3.1 soundbar after owning this TV for two weeks. My only negative so far, is the built in streaming app for Netflix locks up and doesn't respond at all. The only way fix it, is to uninstall and reinstall the app. Which is only temporary because it keeps happening. All other apps work fine, the problem is only with Netflix so I assume it is a problem with the app and has nothing to do with the TV. My solution with the Samsung app problem, is I use my Samsung 4K Blue-Ray player built in streaming apps, which all work great and I actually prefer this method for streaming. Overall this is an outstanding TV and I'm very pleased.

This Samsung TV is wonderful. The setup was easy. The settings for internet and wifi were very easy. The remote is well designed to assist and use. The picture is exciting and much better than I imagined. It looks great for the 4K movies and just as great for the 1080 resolution moves and shows.

The Geek Squad delivered and installed the TV and DVD player. They hooked up to a 20 year old suround system. The TV shows incredible details. There is no blur from fast action. The colors are brilliant. Not as brilliant as the OLED sets, but at at 40% less it was a great deal.

Bought this TV as I've been looking to upgrade to 4k for a couple years now. Finally saw the prices go down a bit. I knew I wanted a high quality TV and not one of the budget-friendly/doorbuster TVs that are not very high in quality. I wanted 4k and HDR to future proof my TV. This TV is very good for the price and when watching native 4k content with HDR on Netflix/Amazon is performs very well. Even gaming in HDR with the Xbox One S is a major upgrade over my previous Samsung 1080p TV. I do want to also mention that while native 4K content looks very good on this TV, don't expect this TV to make non-4k content (i.e. HD cable TV) look any better than your normal 1080p TV. If you're looking for a high quality 4k TV with HDR then this is a very good choice. However, I still think 4k is a few years away and once i becomes more and more mainstream I will likely purchase an OLED TV as the prices for that technology go down each year.

Outstanding picture the Samsung 65 inch TV has amazing clarity, color and definition.

I didn't do a lot of research, and honestly I was intending to buy an LG. Somehow this TV ended up in my cart and I decided to keep it. I am not unfamiliar with Samsung as all of my primary TVs have been Samsung. I have been happy and confident with all of my Samsung TV purchases. The biggest reason I was planning on getting an LG instead was because I heard that the speakers are very good on the LG. I think that the internal speakers on Samsung TVs are always the weak point. Although the sound from this particular TV is better than any other TV I have owned, It is not so good that I would happily watch movies or listen to music through them. For me it requires an external speaker (sub woofer) system. Over all though this is an excellent TV with a beautiful picture and smooth interface. It is important to note that the remote control is Bluetooth and must be synced first. This frustrated me for about 5min until I realized it. This TV also has an external hub to plug in all other components. It is nice for keeping a clean and organized look for all of the cables. So far I am very happy with this TV.

I upgraded to this from a 55 samsung 6 series from about 4 years ago and this Tv is an amazing upgrade. The apps are snappy and easy to use with the remote. The picture is amazing, as is the HDR. I use this with the PS4 Pro and the content and games look amazing.

I bought an LG tv of the same quality and returned it about a week later these Samsung is by far hands down better then LG the only LG that can compete with the resolution or vivid colors is twice as much and it’s the QLED series easy set up great picture and with price match of your lucky can get it at a great price would highly recommend these series which is the 8000 series

Love this tv! The picture is awesome. The setup was easy. The remote works the tv as well as all of my connected devices such as my receiver and my blue ray player. The size fits the room very nicely. Was able to play both my satellite as well as regular antenna.

First off, this new 65" LED tv is beautiful, performs well and, I'm pleased with my purchase. My previous Samsung TV lasted 10 years without any problems and or any issues of any kind but, this one does have a couple of minor flaws. For the price I would expect a better fit and finish (back panel of tv is separating a little on the upper right corner of the screen causing light bleeding out from the side edge of the screen. This problem was right out of the box. Through some research I found I was not the only one with this issue). Another issue, and this is a small one, WiFi and Bluetooth connection to other devices is a bit sketchy (it all works but takes two or three try's to work correctly. Mind you this was after a recent automatic update. All worked well before the update). All in all this is still a very nice tv. Looks amazing and performs well. Excellent design. Sound output is good but I've heard better from competitors (same size and price). Picture quality is amazing and I believe outperforms most competitors. Best of all if your considering this one, the price has dropped significantly from when I bought mine (purchased in August 2016). Samsung in my opinion is in the top bracket of tv manufacturing. Would definitely purchase another Samsung product without hesitation. And as always, Best Buy is the only place I purchase my electronics and has never let me down with any returns. They take care of their customers and is why I continue to purchase from them. Keep up the good work!!

I upgraded from the 50inch LED and love every thing about SUHD. First the smart tv aspect is a lot easier to navigate. Picture quality is amazing. No lagging it "tracking" on fast pan scenes. Super easy setup and smart remote make this a great choice

I never really thought much about how a 4k tv could enhance my entertainment experience. I've been using the same 720p tv for years, and thought that was all I need. I was pretty skeptical about 4k and even smart Tvs.. but now that I have one.. my expectations were surpassed! I was very surprised at how accurate the speech to text/search on the microphone is! I use it for everything! All of the applications work extremely well, and the TV performs amazing! Great connectivity with wifi... but lets not forget the most important aspect! PICTURE QUALITY! It is absolutely stunning! The color looks amazing, very rich and vibrant. Overall, definitely worth the purchase and more.

After owning a great rear projection TV for almost 10 years I was happy when it finally died. I drove to Best Buy and went in cold. Without really looking at prices and reviews I walked around looking at the pictures. This was the one that really grabbed my attention. I then read some reviews and was surprised it was right in my budget wheelhouse. After reading several 5 star and a few of the 1 star reviews I flagged down a salesman and the purchase was made. Setup was easy and I was happy to see the picture was just as beautiful at home as it was in the store. Pros: amazing picture all the must have apps Cool remote works my Xbox Pretty good sound Cons: occasionally the Hulu app hangs. Tip= hold the back button on remote to kind of force close and all is good. I would definitely recommend this TV to a friend.

First, I've had to have 2 repairs done already which were under warranty. That's the bad side if things. The good side, the picture is amazing, the built in apps or ones you download will run in 4k HDR right off the bat. Setup is easy and with Samsung support built in to the tv you can get live diagnostic reports. It needs to have Alexa or Google home integrated into though

We wanted a higher resolution TV that had bold blacks and could see the picture in low light settings and so was originally looking at the LG OLED TV's but have been pleasantly enjoying this wonderful TV and all the vibrant colors and resolution; even got it for a great price!. Two things to know about this TV that are not easy to find online is the 2 feet have 2 areas to place them in- one inside if needed or closer to the ends and was a nice add to fit the largest TV in the place we wanted to place it. The second thing unique that was a benefit is there is a box that you attach all the HDMI plugs and inputs that attaches to the rear of the TV that makes it so easy to attach everything to and then one plug to deal with to the TV back once in place for a clean crisp look. You won't go wrong with this TV

Picture quality is outstanding. 4K-HDR content is of course amazing, but the tv also upscales 720p and 1080p content very, very well.It can get very bright. I have it in a room full of windows and never looks washed out. The screen also reduces glare. I have found the best picture quality using "movie mode" with slight adjustments (suggestions for these settings are available online at various sites). It also has a fast processor which handles sports and video games very well. So much so that I went back and purchased a new Xbox One S! I looked at online ratings, which were consistently high for this model, as well as in store comparisons and this Samsung mode won out. its a great value in my opinion for a top rated and top performing tv that's thousands less than the next level OLED tecnology.
