What a difference! I've never owned a Tv of this caliber before. I've had Vizio/Westing house/insignia. They are not bad Flat screens, but they are not im the same league to this one. Easy set up. Definitely should have two people if hanging on wall. Excellent picture excellent features. Mid level tv. Bought on sale, and no regrets. Don't settle for the tv you really do not want. We all have done that. Get what you really want and enjoy. I was researching different brands and models, sizes since late November. Finally settled on this model. Coming from a 50 to a 65 is a huge difference. Try to see them side by side. After a week I was used to the size and love this model.

I love the Samsung television. I have been shopping with best buy for over 15 years exclusively at the Thunderbird and i17 location. I purchased 4 new TV's for my new home. When they were delivered the Samsung was fine but I'd also ordered a 55 inch Toshiba which unfortunately I was not able to open and take from the box until about 5 weeks after I purchased it due to an extreme medical condition. When I called Best Buy and explained that there is a hole in the box and something rammed into it and broke the television and that I did not open it and find out until November 2nd. I have the box I have pictures I have proof the DirecTV person help me open it when they came to install DirecTV. I explain this I talked to management and they refused to exchange my television. I'm very disappointed in the service. In the past month I have spent well over $6,000 at Best Buy and I was going to purchase additional items for Christmas. Now I'm going to have to find somewhere else to shop. I trusted that Best Buy would deliver a working product. Therefore I would not suggest having anything delivered by them and if you do check it before they leave.

You get west yoh pay for when your buy Samsung products, this is my dream tv! Superior picture, the 4k is unbelievable! Worth every penny!

Purchased for my basement, TV picture quality is great, however to struggles initially connecting to apps such as Pandora, YouTube. Once connected, the connection is solid. I am a big fan of Samsung, They are my go to brand for TV and DVD purchases.

This tv is awesome. Samsung smart tv apps are actually more useful than I predicted. Pretty much retired my chromecast and PS4 for streaming purposes. The remote is sleek and easy to use. No motion blur, make sure you switch to dynamic picture mode for the best colors. Sound is good but I use optical out to a receiver which can also be controlled by the single remote. It literally completed my home theater set up. Would definitely buy again, I've had it for about a month now and no issues.

Couldn't ask for a better picture and color, so glad I made a decision to purchase it at this time.

We are very happy with our Samsung tv this is our 3rd one and we love all 3.

Ok so the tv has great picture a sleek look and it is thin. The good: it has a great look to it. It only uses 70watts typically and i believe 130 max. The setup is great and the remote controls my cable box with no additional programming steps other then the inital setup. My favorite option is to adjust the jitter setting so you can make it look more like a normal tv or more like a typical 120hz "soap opera affect" image (my wife was complaining about the weird feeling 120hz was and lowering the setting gave us a happy medium really awesome tbh). Wireless setup was super easy and it streams perfectly with a mid range n type router 2 rooms away. I would reccomend a acr if you have a lot of connected devices since older wireless devices can slow a network down. The bad: amazon app stopped working half way thru a movie and the only was to get it back was to do a factory reset. Tbh this is a issue with amazon and not samsung and it happens on a lot of smart tvs. A way around it is to get a roku 4k since they dont suffer the issues. Now for a real important piece of info. Dont cheap out on the hdmi cable if it is providing the 4k content seriously. I have a backround in eet and it really makes a diffrence when dealing with the bandwith and frequencys present in this media.

I love this TV. Everything about it. The remote is easy to use. No need to install an app on your phone just to watch TV. I was simply looking for a TV that could be used in a secondary living room. I already had a 60" 1080p Samsung in the main living room. I was looking at the various brands of TVs in the store and they all looked great. I decided that since this was a secondary room, I should not spend the extra money and just go with Vizio. As I was leaving the store my wife called me to tell me to get the Samsung. I did not listen. I got home installed the Vizio and was immediately disappointed. My old 1080p Samsung was sooo much clearer. The picture was much better. I ended up bringing back the Vizio and getting this TV. This one is simply AWESOME. So much clearer than the old Samsung (which put the Vizio 4K to shame). I will never go with another brand besides Samsung again for TVs. They are worth the extra money.

My decision between this and the 8 series came down to price. THE small hike in picture quality is imperceptable between the two so I went with the 7 series. The UI is speedy, with minimal lag, it's easy to use, and set up. You can easily find optimal picture settings online, which I used, and without calibration it's an amazing picture. Updating the firmware is a it weird, as I can't figure out a way to do it via the (awesome) remote. I had to download the remote app from samsung g and access the settings with that. IF you do it via the home bar (the only way to do it via the included remote), it's greyed out and won't let you. An odd issue, but nothing deal breaking by any means. The physical look of the TV is also beautiful, the stand is nice, and the remote, as I said, is nice. THE voice controls are not extensive (ie, you can't search netflix with your voice) but it's not nice addition. Overall this tv, for me, is perfect, small oddities aside.

Great TV. Believe it or not, Best Buy had the best price for this tv. Searched online, Sam's club Costco and others. The Tv has great color and resolution. Simple to set up. At first sight remote control looks confusing with not many buttons. What is actually an excellent result control and very easy to use. Sound is adequate enough for my large room, yet I use external speakers for movies.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my husband. He absolutely loves it. Picture quality is great. Easy to use and setup.

I purchased this when I bought my home last year! It has so many features that I might not even know everything it can do.... I'm still learning as I go. The picture is very clear and it's a great size it almost feels like you're in a theatre with surround sound. I also love if you're watching a program you can just click on the letter "c" and have all the sport stats on the right side panel.

The picture quality of this TV is excellent. The colors pop and the images are sharp. There are a lot of apps that can be used and it’s easy to navigate.

The picture is incredible, The Home menu is impressive. It's so easy to use that the wife uses it and she couldn't find the "on" button on a computer if I put her finger on it. Very satisfied with my purchase!

The picture on this TV is beautiful and vivid colors Not a whole lot of buttons on the remote like most, as you do not need them with this TV, and it is also user friendly.

I purchased this TV for my living room. The View on this TV is amazing I actually thought something was wrong with it when I set it up because it just looked so amazing. It really filled out the room. Also I have this thing that I will only buy samsung TV's because I want everything to match. The set-up process was super easy and I had it up and running in no time. I still haven't figured everything out that it can do but I am working on it. So in conclusion if you are looking for a great TV this is the one for you. I can't wait to buy a couple more for my other rooms.

This TV is absolutely gorgeous! From the design to the quality, it definitely has the "wow" factor. I honestly didn't think I would need the whole smart TV thing and that it was just an added bonus, but I actually use that feature a lot now and can't imagine having a TV without it. Of course the 4K is beautiful, with this size of a TV you need that kind of definition and Samsung does a great job with the clarity and color they put into their screens. If you're considering this TV, I highly recommend it, it's worth every cent!

You could not ask for a better tv at the best price from Best Buy. It does everything it says in the description and then some. Samsung hit the mark on this tv.
