The Samsung QLED 65" screen was extremely easy to set up, great picture.

This was a big purchase for me. I have see a lot of Samsung TV's. The Q9 is the flagship TV from Samsung, and it is awesome!. I Did the Samsung zero gap mount and I could not be happier!!! Note cable does not support 4K, so don't be disappointed when it does not look so good with cable. Get Netflix or a 4K player and you will be happy.

New software is much better and works consistently for HBOGO and Net Flex, very easy functions on the remote too

I was blown away with the clarity, quality and build with my new TV. I never thought I would ever buy this TV but I couldn’t resist it after staring at it for a long time at my Best Buy store. This is the best of all Samsung 4K TV’s. The pic comes out true to life. I’m a very happy customer and owner.

This has got to be one of the best smart TV I purchased. Samsung Q9 is definitely on the top of my list.

It's a nice TV However the remote control of the TV isn't working right now I need to call you guys to make it work again or I need to replace the batteries Anyways it's cool Good customer service when they installed

Watching this is like watching real life. Very true colors and the clarity is amazing. Best picture I have ever seen by far from any screen. A little pricey but definitely worth the extra to go with the best.

Well, it was about time I purchased a new state of the art TV. This is my third TV in 40 years. I guess you would say I am very picky about getting a new TV and the last two were wonderful and exceeded our basic needs. We have reviewed many new TV's and found the Samsung to fit our needs and then some. If you haven't guessed by now we are getting up in our years and needed a TV that wouldn't require us to have special glasses to see the screen. The QLED was one we chose and we are glad we did. Looking forward to many years with this one amazing TV. We would recommend this to anyone who has vision issues.

Purchased this tv about a week ago, so far we love it! We currently have 3 other TVs in our home from curve tv and regular 4K LED and this QLED has been by far our favorite...color picture is great especially if you’re watching a 4K show or movie

Had to un fortunately replace a Samsung 65 after our moving company misplace our One Connect box. But in 2 years the picture quality has certainly improved. Remote is also much easier to use. Happy with our choice. Hooked it up to Sonos and sound is great

I was hesitant at first to buy this tv as I was fixated on the Sony 930e. But I’m glad I ended up buying this tv instead. The picture quality is amazing, and it is the flagship model which will hopefully be a competitive model for a few years

First, let me say this is a beautiful TV. The enclosure for the display is well made and looks beautiful wether the television is ON or OFF and the overall picture quality is fantastic. I know what you're thinking... everything sounds great. Maybe you've seen the TV in a store or online and are thinking about taking the plunge into the cool waters of relaxation while drinking an adult beverage and enjoying sports, the latest super hero action movie, or for the real nerds near and dear to my heart... planet earth. [ THE PROBLEM ] Let me caution you against those alluring daydreams. This tv is TERRIBLE. Not just terrible, actually THE WORST TV I HAVE EVER OWNED. What many people (like myself) don't find right off the bat in your search for reviews is the number of problems that arise with this particular line of dream machines. The One-Connect box that offers so much potential for easy access to your connected devices and better overall cable management, is a total sham. The box fails for more than the occasional buyer. Partly due to the tiny fiber optic cable that is not reinforced and partly due to the poor heat management of the actual One-Connect box. My TV like so many others is powering ON and OFF every 3-5 minutes. The remote is unresponsive. If i turn the tv OFF, it turns itself ON. This has forced me to unplug the entire TV from the wall. I've only had this TV for 5 weeks (just outside the Best Buy warranty). Don't waste your time.

Wow I never enjoyed watching tv so much now since I purchased this tv you really don’t know what your missing until you get this bad boy the I will be a Samsung person for life now very happy with this Samsung
