Also, it has a nasty habit of turning on all by itself in the middle of the night. We have no idea why.

QLED: A Flawed Technology ?

Samsung made a PARTIAL fix over the phone. Then he dealt the fatal blow. He suggested we download the "latest" firmware update. After we did, that was the death knell. The tv would not even turn on. He promptly scheduled a certified technician who stated any firmware update would NEVER fix a light bleed problem and now he would have to replace the panel AND the entire destroyed main board. Once burned, twice shy, would you get another QLED and wonder? Bravo to Best Buy in promptly replacing this tv.
