I purchased this tv as my main entertainment room tv and it has been a great purchase so far. The remote is a great design. Minimal and it can control my cable box and Apple TV. So far I have no remorse for buying this tv.

Just right for us - right size, right price. Salesperson was terrific steering us to a tv that is good for us - we are not experts who will notice the difference between 5 million colors and 25 million. This Is perfect.

I am mad right now- I purchased a TV on 08/08/16- it was delivered on 8/13/16 by BestBuy. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I did not have the 65in TV mounted over the fire place when delivered. On 9/07/16 I finally had the TV mounted. To my surprise, once the TV was powered on, I noticed a dead spot plus lines running across the screen; oh no this TV is DAMAGED!! I immediately went to BestBuy at Garden State Plaza in Paramus NJ to find out what needed to be done so I can get the quality TV and service that I purchased from Bestbuy and not the damaged goods that I received. I was told to return the TV or set up an appointment with the Geek Squad because it was covered under the additional 2 yrs warranty I purchased. On 9/13/16 my TV was inspected at my house and deemed as “physical damaged”- and wouldn't be covered by their warranty per store manager Jay. Smh, this TV was delivered by BestBuy and further more, upon delivery the TV was not removed from the box by their delivery team. Now I'm getting the run around as if I'm responsible for not opening the box on arrival!!!!! If BestBuy’s policy is so stringent on returns (15 days) which I honestly didn't know- I think they have recently implemented that- once a merchandise is delivered it must be removed from the box and inspected by their personnel. Also the sales person seemed more than happy to sell me the warranty and only said it’s best to purchase the warranty just in case something happens; no other points were highlighted. Now, I'm out $1576.00 damaged screen and all the store manager can say is "well the TV didn't come from his store, it was shipped from the warehouse so he's not sure what". Jay said he's was going to file a claim with no guarantee and I would receive a call in 24 hours. It’s almost 48 hours later and still no calls. I will be going to that store every day still something is done. I work very hard for my money. I need someone to help me get to the bottom of this!

It has a few framerate problems but I don't know if it's because I'm not using a 4K receiver. But when it works as it should....it looks beautiful.
I ordered one that had issues and had to immediately ask for another one though, so that bumped it down a star.

I wanted the 60 inch but store staff was only interested in showing me the 65 inch so I spent the extra $200. I've found it takes a lot of adjustment to optimize the display for my room that has a lot of natural daytime light. Samsung pushes the reduced glare/reflection quality of the screen surface, but I find it marginal.

We are very satisfied with our new tv. We weren't sure picture quality would be as good at home as it was in store but it is every bit as good. Couldn't be more pleased with our purchase and with Best Buy.

Tried the 65" Vizio first because we've always bought Vizios, but the set up was a hassle and the picture quality wasn't the same. So we returned it for the Samsung and extremely happy with our purchase.

Samsung Smart TV 65 inch is a great TV. Upgrade from Vizio 49 inch when it went black. I can surf the web and watch YouTube videos. It has loads of other apps to use. Even better that I got it on sale.

Was able to get the tv is a package with Xbox one s. At the price point, I think this is a good product. The blacks could be darker, but a, quite pleased with the resolution. I do use it primarily for gaming and streaming service, and it works great for both without much, if any pixelation or delays,

This TV has amazing picture quality. The online set up was a little difficult at first, but I got the hang of it fairly quickly. Nice to be able to search programs with voice activation. Works extremely well to find programs in an instant.

I usually buy all my electronics and appliances from best buy,i think Samsung televisions are the best value for the money,I did have to turn off the power saver because the picture was too dark.

The TV is amazing and I love how the picture looks so realistic. I have a soundbar attached to it , but sometimes I cant tell if its on because the sound on the tv is pretty good too.

Setup instructions are skimpy. I even had trouble using the E-Manual. Probably just me trying to make an easy job hard. Everything works now but I still have to use the component remotes at times. Again it might be just me not knowing how to make the TV remote control all the components.
