The first time I ever owned a smart T.V.; and certainly glad I bought one. It's exactly what the advertisement specified; it's intelligent indeed, so many built in apps. I never ran out of movies to watch. It even has Utube and Facebook to check my accounts. Old photos saved up in a USB my wife and I can watch and think back of some old memories. Thanks Samsung.

Wanted a screen large enough for a large wall in a large room with a great picture, great features and great sound. Got it!

When I saw this at BestBuy it was big but I guess I real didn't know how big it is untill I got it home and put it on the TV stand. I live in a 1400 sq ft apartment and it looks big in the living room. I at first had a problem with the picture dragging but I fixed it after I changed the picture setting. I love this TV. I may buy another one just because I have the money.

This tv is one of the best tv i seen on the floor for this between $900-$1000 perfect size perfect picture no complain at all

great picture and the sound quality is better on this Samsung than most other brands of tvs

I purchased for my wife because we are retired and she likes to watch movies. We had seen our son's unit he bought and she just loved watching it ! It was a no brainer to buy it for her for Christmas ! Installation team did a wonderful job for us. They were very courteous when working with us to our likes on the installation. This tv is awesome, everything looks so REAL! The sound and other features are awesome and the sleek design helps a lot!

This product was shipped without directions on how to use it. As a result, I'm not sure my settings are ideal and if I'm using all its features.

TV started out great out the box for four months....until all of a sudden some pixel boxes in the corner didn’t seem right. Then the TV wouldn’t respond other than just on and off....like a control board was bad or it had the latest malware. After 5 calls to Samsung for help, they just keep giving me more BS to try that does no good. They won’t send a repair guy until everything is trialed. I’m an Engineer, so it’s not user error. I think they are trying to drag their feet for another 8 months until the warranty is up. Unbelievable service can be that horrible

Tv worked great. Until 3 years. Now screen is pixelated and called customer service. Said they have had issues with this model. But no recall. When we push the volume button up and down there are black pixels that dance all over the screen. Amazon app works perfectly and clear as can be. Said it would be $1000 to fix just in parts not including labor. I think a $1200 tv should last longer than 3 years. So unhappy that they can just say go buy a new one.

A solid smart tv picture was really good when purchased back in 2017 held up well its 2024 now starting to dim at the top of its screen but still watchable upgrading soon my only main gripe is the sound isn't as loud as i would've liked it to be nothing a sound bar cant improve notice this is a picture from today and its current condition of the screen after 7 years
