Great TV had it for over 5 years still works great!

Outstanding performance at a very nice price. Occasionally see breaks in motion but only on some TV programs, not on sports which is strange

The TV is a good middle ground for not spending a ton but still having a decent TV. It’s not HDR, though or confusingly can downscale HDR content. It’s a good size and great smart options

I'm not an electronics person but I love this tv! The size took some getting used to, I went from a 42" to a 65". I feel like the remote is fairly simple to use, the tv is fool proof to set up. I love the features that come on this tv and the available apps. Couldn't be happier with my purchase! Great price too.

This 65" Samsung is a wonderful value television. I purchased it on black friday for $899.00, which is a great price for a 65" 4k tv. The setup when I got home was very quick and simple. The tv was mounted to the wall and fully functional 5 minutes after it was out of the box (mount was already on the wall prior to purchase). The image is very good. I did have to play with the settings for the first few days to find the right combination of values (backlight, sharpness, color, etc...) for my room size and lighting conditions. There are definitely tv's out there with a better picture, but I wasn't going to spend twice as much for a slightly improved picture. The detail and depth of the picture is awesome, and the colors are bright and vibrant. Surprisingly, the sound is very acceptable as well. Obviously external speakers are ideal, but the sound this tv puts out is not leaving me running to the store to buy more hardware. The apps work very easily, and I actually like the smart remote that it comes with (I know many people aren't a fan of it). I control my channels with the Fios box remote, so having a numberless remote doesn't bother me at all. It is my opinion that this tv is perfect for the majority of people out there and the value is great, but you can get an improved picture and refresh rate if you are willing to spend some more money to do so.

Overall, great TV for the price. The picture is clear and the sound from the internal speakers is serviceable. I do recommend a sound bar. This TV does have HDR however, you will not see as much as a difference with it enabled. If you are looking for a 4k TV but do not want to spend more than 1000, I recommend this TV. If you are looking for HDR, I recommend spending a few hundred more for a different Samsung.

Upscaling quality is very nice, when watching lots streaming videos 720p with low bit rate. Sound of the TV is decent although a sound bar or a hi-fi receiver/speakers gives much better sound. This TV can output audio to PCM or DTS Neo2.5. My Denon receiver detects the Neo2.5 as DTS which gives much richer low end .1 woofer sounds and i should reduce the woofer volume. Sometimes it confuses me if it is a real 5.1 DTS. My 6290 does not have a bluetooth function. When i got in the program menu of the TV with a remote secret key, no option to turn on the bluetooth. But do not be disappointed! You can get a compatible Logitech keyboard (with a touch pad) operating by RF, its USB dongle is recognized by TV's USB and you can use a keyboard and mouse function in Web Browser. it can function to turn up/down volumes, call a menu option etc. It works wonderfully on my TV. Start with a movie mode to enjoy its smooth color, adjusting some color options where you like. VERY nice images in 4K or 1080p. But it has an intrinsically 60Hz refresh rate, and unless you switched to Game mode, you can see some weird ghost images on moving balls watching sports (tennis, soccer etc..). Apps of Tizen OS could have been more, and the OS could have been responding faster. Roku TVs have more apps and are faster though. Viewing angle is not that wide. Except those, i am quite satisfied with TV, as it is a cost effective item.

Samsung TVs have been around for a very long time so I had no problem when it came to buying a Samsung TV. This TV has many great features and the picture is excellent. I enjoy the fact that it has built in Wifi and it is easy to stream videos from a variety of sources. The 65 inch screen is easily viewed from all angles makes for great entertainment for all the family.
