Got tv home easy to set up. Fabulous picture and huge screen. Only thing that I am not sure of is that when I brought the t.v. the box did not say if the tv was a 4k even the person that sold it to was not sure either he had to ask could not get an answer but he said he was pretty sure it was so I am taking his word for it. Hope I am watching tv in 4k?

When my previous tv went bust, I went to best buy to search for a replacement. Associates there were courteous and suggested, without any pressure, many Tvs. After 2 visits I selected a tv. They matched a competitor's price and delivered it home in 2 days. When it comes to service, courtesy, convenience , clarity Best Buy is hard to beat.

We love the size and clarity of the TV. It's easy to use and very light which made it easy to hang on the wall. It went on sale a week after I purchased it and Best buy honored the new sale price!

Very happy with this tv. Love the Samsung interface and smart apps. Quality is top notch in picture. Doesn’t have HDR, but for the price I still love the TV.

Television was very easy to setup and program. Picture quality is superb and programming was quick and simplified. Accompanying sound bar and wireless speakers make this an exceptional viewing pleasure for regular television programs, sports, movies, and music channels. The USB port allows for a wireless mouse and keyboard for web browsing and utilizing all the Smart TV features. Watching a movie either on cable channels or with a secondary component on this television makes you feel like you are actually sitting in a movie theatre or watching a live stage production. Excellent choice for all viewing needs.

Great TV. It gets a 5 star rating. Best Buy gets 1 star. The TV was easy to setup. Wireless simple as can be. It recognized the Directv receiver and DVD player and named them accordingly. I would recommend this TV to anyone wanting a BIG screen TV. Best Buy, out of stock. Said it was on the truck for the next day and I could get it the following day. Five days it arrived. TV has a built-in Directv receiver. Thought I could save $7 a month. Salesman failed to tell us it required a CAT7 cable directly from the router. Impossible to get the wire to the room.

Great picture quality, easy to set up, not too heavy. Wish the base was a little wider to provide more stability as it is a little top-heavy. Also wish there was something on the back to hook onto so we could attach it to the wall while it is on the stand (for safety purposes) I don't want to hang it - just keep the cat and kids safe (and the tv too).

I originally went to purchase a 65" Sharp TV but after seeing them both on display side by side, Samsung was the only option. It was $100 more, but for the quality difference there was no better choice. It has more smart apps and upscales standard programming to high quality. One thing I didn't like is there is no support for Crunchyroll since Samsung no longer supports it. I can use my PS4 to use the service. Another thing is the remote. It's a bit small and simple but it doesn't really bother me too much. 4K picture is amazing, only second to SUHD.

This Samsung 4K TV is great. I won't really talk about the picture 4K is 4K it looks great. The sound without a soundbar is leaps above my Vizio that I was replacing. With a Soundbar it is of course awesome. The smart TV apps are easy to download and use. It connected to my Wifi instantly with just a few guided steps. My only issues have been the remote took awhile to get used to for operating the Directv functions through the Samsung remote and they make you sign up for a Samsung account to access the smart features. Other than that LOV The TV.

This was ordered for viewing by a 92 year old viewer, who had difficulty seeing a 36" screen. She can now see the images more clearly and enjoys watching TV again. This has contirbuted to her progressively improved disposition.

Set up with a JBL soundbar and subwoofer, it has been very reliable. I own three of this model and had zero issues. The 4k looks great and it is a very clean picture. Turn off all noise reduction and turn the sharpness down. The streaming apps like Netflix work well. My only complaint would be the remote control is cumbersome for people with larger hands. Read the book on thecremote to understand how the channel up and down buttons also can "click" for more features. It is very light and easy to mount. I would suggest in the future for Samsung to not have the small sensor button on the bottom of the tv. When you are mounting it and need to set it down, it does not sit straight on the flat surface. Fine if you are using the tv stand that comes with it.

65" Ultra HD 4K TV for 900 bucks?!? Yes Please! Especially when you have enough points to cover it all. Hanging in my bedroom wall and I wouldn't change a thing, especially now with the 4k Apple TV.... Anyone say binge?

We were looking to replace our old TV that died. We have heard great things about Samsung, but most of the prices were out of our range, until we found this one. It is a large TV. Beautiful detail in the images. I don't even have a 4K player or movies, just Blu-Ray, but this is amazingly clear. It is easy to set up, and so easy to use. Had a child change a setting on the TV and I couldn't figure out how to change it. I called their customer service and got help quickly and easily. I highly recommend this TV!

This TV is 4K and has a good picture for the price point. It does have problems with dark colors and they are not very rich when the TV is on a brighter setting. It does a lot better when images are displayed at 4K, but most things do not so you run into a little bit of the lower quality with normal channels.

Out of the box and on to the wall, I love this TV. Its Smart TV features are awesome. It almost eliminated the need for me having to use my Amazon Fire. I would definitely recommend this tv to anyone
