I have been watching this Samsung model since it came out about a year or so ago. I fell in love with it, and now and then would stop by Best Buy just to admire it. Finally Samsung allowed stores to lower the price from a high of over $3,000 a year ago down to about $1700. Best Buy matched a competitor offer on a small side deal, and the TV is ours. A small mix up in the model number they gave me to take home, and a long trip the next day to get the correct model. But the store manager 'made it right' providing me compensation for my 94 mile round trip. They did this with smile and sincere apology for the mix up. Best Buy does know the concept of customer service, and how to keep us customers happy!!!!

Love the super clear picture on this TV, and the 4k view is awesome ( through DVD player for now ). Curve of the screen allows you to see the picture from several angles clearly. No shadowing or glare.

Bought this tv to replace a 55" Sony Bravia 3d. Fantastic picture quality and love the curved feature, (really blocks out glare from light sources behind you). Overall awesome tv couldn't be happier.

I was skeptical of curved screens at first but I have to say this is an amazing tv. The picture is crisp and no lag during sports. We watched the Super Bowl on this an the experience was incredible.

This is my third consecutive Samsung LED/LCD television. 2008/ 42" 6 series. 2012 46" 7 series. 2016 65" 8500 series. My sister now has the 2008 original, still works as the first time powered up. The 2012 is amazingly thin and is in the bedroom. Works perfect. I bought the 55" 8000 flat for $1600, then returned it when the 65" dropped in price to $2000. The thing I've always liked about Best Buy is the very friendly return policy. The entire exchange took less than 10minutes. The curved screen for me is just a looks thing. It just looks cool. Netflix 4K looks amazing. Like others, I wish cable providers would step it up on the 4K content. It was great watching John Wick on BluRay. The Smart Hub works great and I think the software managing different sources is very user friendly. It has Youtube, Netflix, Hulu, HBO Now. The tv has an instant on feature that I like very much. BOOM! tv is on ready to go. I would invest in a good soundbar for sound as the internal speakers are pretty weak. Samsung markets the ability to up convert standard 1080 signals to like 4K picture. I feel this is great because I have Time Warner and their signal for ESPN broadcasts is only 1080i. I have an Xbox One and the Gaming refresh rate is top notch. Previously, I had a dedicated 27" Samsung 1ms refresh computer monitor that I used exclusively for my gaming. I just couldn't handle the input lag on even the 2012 7series I had. I have dreamt for a large Led tv with minimal input lag to game on for many years. These new 2016 Samsungs are the real deal. The build quality and aesthetics compared to my 2008/2012 is amazing and beautiful to look at. The curved screen and metal looking bezels create conversation from everyone that comes to my house. I can't wait for Samsung to bring the price down on future OLED 4ks and challenge LG display.

The quality is awesome. I know it is easy to just buy one of the less expensive 4K TVs but you get what you pay for!! The viewing angles are strong. Features are always awesome on the Samsung Smart TVs.

65 inch samsung SUHD quantum dot. Great color and sound, the curved screen is awesome for all viewing angles. I was so impressed that 2 weeks later I came back and bought the 49 inch for the bedroom.

I love this TV. Great picture, easy setup and light weight. Curved screen over the fireplace looks great. Only problem is the Apps bar at the bottom of the screen disappeared after a month or so.

Picked this up at a great price a little bit ago. Great picture. Love the immersive feeling with the curved screen. Combined with my Xbox One S and Sonos theatre setup, I couldn't ask for better.

I bought this item to upgrade our entertainment room and was not disappointed. Not a lot of 4K programming but picture is better than our previous HD set. Awesome watching the Masters in 4K.

This is by far the best TV I ever purchased from BB. Had Sony, LG and Panasonic before and this Samsung TV is the best of them all. Some people complained of light bleed at the sides or corners of TV but I don't see it. Been watching ultra HD movies from Netflix and Amazon with TV UHD settings turned on- the picture quality comes to life. Youtube 4k content is also amazing. I used the TV apps to watch these videos in 4K since I don't have a 4k receiver yet and ethernet cable for intenet connection instead of WiFi. If you are not yet ready to upgrade to 4k receiver, just use the TV apps to watch 4k movies and use optical audio cable to your receiver to get a surround sound.

This is one of the best values out there right now. Picture is incredible and almost have the price of an oled display which is not two times better therefore this tv is well worth the money.

Great picture. The TV is amazing. My wife isn't that much into TV's but she told me that this TV is much better than what we had. So far, I'm really glad I got this from Best Buy. Your service is tremendous so far. We thought there was a problem with the TV when an older model Samsung sound bar could not work with Samsung Surround Sound speakers that we had bought. Best Buy was going to switch out the TV's, but did not have to. The Geek Squad people that came out explained why they would not work with the new Samsung TV. We took the Samsung rear speakers back. We have had no problems since. We did eventually buy another Samsung sound bar that works great with this TV.

Very clear sharp imiges. Amazing color. The only problem is the remote is less than ideal. Not very intuitive. They tried and Oversimplified it. But again the TV itself is just awesome.

I love this TV. I can see it clearly at nearly every angle, which is important to me. It is as clear and crisp as any tv I have ever owned. I bought the 65" and it is ginormous! The framed outline is under an inch so it does not get in the way of the view. I would purchase this again!

I love the tv, had issues with the first couple, they said it was a bad batch. The smart functions are awesome...very easy to use! The picture is smooth and really great for gaming and movies! The only issues I have with it is it's edge lit...I feel like for this kind of money it should be back lit. But because of it there is a little bit of bleed through in the bottom corners. I also recommend getting a matching Samsung sound bar if you are going to do it. I have an LG sound bar and it has a hard time connecting to the tv at times. Sometimes the smart remote will work with it, and sometimes not. But overall a very nice tv. And the curve is pretty great!

I absolutely Love the Ultra High Definition 4K TV!!! Amazing picture quality!!! I recommend getting calibration!!! I have Best Buy calibrate all my new tvs!!! Well worth the investment!!!

The TV had fantastic quality and very easy to use and set up. The remote acts like a universal remote which is great so I don't have to use two different remotes when using my apple TV.

The picture quality is really nice. It's one of the best TV's I've ever owned. I think it was worth every penny. The curved feature is just an added bonus to such great quality! I LOVE it
