Excillent product,the design is beautiful.thin edges let the picture goes all the way to the edge and just falls off the screen.the 4k picture is the best on the market.the colors seem to just come alive.set up was easy,no headache.great price considering that ur getting hdr and quantum dot display.this is just a beautiful tv.its beautiful even when it's off.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this television. I decided to buy from Best Buy, because when you are making a purchase of this size, I think it's really important to buy from a reputable merchant that has a good return policy. (I'm so glad I did; more on that below.) I finally decided on this TV because of the plethora of features it offered. Ultimately, all the features in the world couldn't make up for the bad build quality. I am going to write a more thorough review on Amazon, but I'd like to just give the highlights here. I had to return this TV because of dead pixels (in very noticeable clumps, as you can see in the image below). I exchanged this TV for a replacement of the same model, and it had the SAME problem! In addition to the dead pixels, there was a weird HDMI-CEC (samsung calls it ANYNET+) where powering on my PC immediately caused the television to immediately turn on and change to the PC input. Obviously I didn't want this to happen, but I could find no combination of settings that would fix it. I online-chatted with samsung support about both the dead pixels and the CEC issue, and they were no help at all. Seriously, their recommendation was "unplug the TV and plug it back in". The software on this television is overall pretty clunky, and the settings are hard to navigate. I finally gave up on samsung and exchanged for an LG OLED C6. It was more expensive, but so worth it. Even though the TV I received had problems, I want to say that Best Buy customer service was SO kind and helpful with the return process. Because of this, I will definitely come back to Best Buy for all my TV purchases in the future. The Magnolia Home theater representatives talked with me at length to discuss what TV to exchange as a replacement, and the customer service representatives made the exchange process quick and painless. Major kudos to best buy on that front. They were way more helpful than Samsung customer service.

Had it for about a year and a half and it worked beautifully. Was very satisfied with image this TV displayed... until the screen got burned. Too expensive to fix so now I'll have to buy a new one. Same thing happened to my father with his Samsung TV. My recommendation is if you purchase this TV you MUST get the geeksquad warranty. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Other then the volume it great even though it looks like the stand won't fit every place there's to stand holes

I've had this TV for over a month now and I honestly say it was worth every penny. The image is amazing, and i love the way it looks like it just floats off because the bevel is so tiny. The curved screen does give you a more immersive experience. Great buy!

I'm a loyal samsung tv buyer. And each time that a new tv model hits the stores i read about it in the net to learn what is the new tecnology that comes with the product. And every time that i bought the new tv model i'm glad with it.

As good as it is advertised.However not much affect of curve.

Excellent LG product. Your sales people though, they need to be a little more humble when it comes to treating customers. Not all of us are "experts" in certain appliances, so our questions are not to be taken in any other way but serious. Other than that, I'm fine with my purchase.

I purchased this after looking at the Sony x850 55" tv. I was buying an Xbox 1s and told the salesman (Samsung expert) I wanted the nicest 55" around $1200. I told him I was looking at the Sony tv. He told me samsung was so much better. The Sony expert there told me he would buy the Samsung 65" curved tv over the Sony. So I bought this. On the 23rd day of ownership I noticed a line all the way across the screen. I called Samsung who had me run some self diagnostics and determined it was a dead pixel that had spread across the tv. Samsung told me since I just biught it take it back to Best Buy and they would replace it or refund me since I just bought it. Best Buy was willing to give me store credit. The store manager and an associate told me the curves TVs come back all the time. "They wouldn't have one". They also told me for what I wanted and should have bought the Sony x850. This is befre I told them that was the tv I was originally looking at buying. I told them that I went way over my budget and bought what I was told by them was the best. The manager told me that Samsung has not been of the same quality as it had been for the last 2 years. It was clear that I should have done I like me research at rtings.com before buying because there are so many conflicting stories by there salesman. After exposing the story and looking at TVs again (3 hrs) they agreed to give me a refund and allow me to do more research then come back and give them another chance. In my town best Buy is about the only place with a selection to choose from. At the end of the day they finally did the right thing and gave me my money back. I will buy another tv from Best Buy but it won't be a Samsung.

Resolution on this tv are awesome and if you hav e PS4 the games look like real live tv. totally satisfied with purchase

Elegant, slim, quality TV. Paired with the Silver 2016 7501R Soundbar its an unbelievable set up for our living room.

It was easy to set up. The sound though is terrible. We can barely hear it. A sound bar is necessary to enjoy it. The picture is very nice. We have no complaints on the quality of the picture. They need to do something with the sound loudness though.

There aren't enough great things I can say about this TV. I've read a lot of reviews and I find that the majority of the negative reviews are from those that either don't know how to take advantage of this technology or don't have the resources to support it. If you don't have the ability to stream 4K through Netflix then don't expect this TV to resolve your shortcomings. Great stuff in, amazing stuff out, that's this TV in a nutshell. With the way the prices have come down on this item now is definitely the time to go for it. I will warn you though that this is a large TV with in incredibly bright display, especially if you have the video set on DYNAMIC. It will light up the entire room. I mounted mine on the wall which to me is the absolute best option. As long as you mount it properly you'll be fine. Oddly enough one of the best features I found in this TV isn't on the screen, it's on the back of the TV. The back has a black piano finish that is absolutely immaculate. With there only being two cables that run from the back that makes it incredibly clean as well. Connecting new devices to this TV simply require you to plug them into the module, the TV will even program the remote for the new device. Some have complained that the remote is too simplistic, I can't say that I agree with that. I like it clean without a lot of clutter. Most of the important and often used buttons have raised dots that allow you to find them quickly without having to look at the remote as in the case of being in a dark room. To complete the system I added a high quality Bose surround sound systems and I couldn't be happier. This TV is must to own!!!!

I've been a Sony fan for many years but I liked the curved TV and I liked the SUHD. This TV is awesome! The color is fantastic, the sound without a sound bar is great, and it is very easy to operate and to browse. The price was very reasonable. I recommend it to anyone looking for a new TV.
