Easy to use and pretty much to setup. Remote is a little different and took a few minutes to get used to but after a couple of minutes it was a piece of cake. Initial setup was quick and easy. Less than 5 mins and was watching Direct TV. The only thing I don't really care for is the legs. Even though there are 2 settings to them, just don't care for them. Had a 6500 prior to this that did not work correctly and returned for this one. This is 10 times the TV than the previous.

We LoVe our tv! We went in looking at a different one but as we found out more info about all the tv’s we fell in Love with the picture quality of this specific one and the price was great too!

I love my Samsung Curved Smart TV. The picture is beautiful, the apps are easy to load and it is to easy to maneuver with the remote. Everything is accessible using one remote, it's ideal.

From a picture and TV standpoint it is amazing. Out of the box the picture is amazing but with a little tweaking of the settings you can make the picture jump off the screen. Watching cartoons in HD really shows off the colors and brightness of the screen and while watching movies you can make our every shade of black. I do have 2 issues. The first is a minor one and that when the screen is partially black or mostly black you can see the back-light bleeding a bit. This is by no means a major issue at all but fir the first couple of days you will notice it. The 2nd issue I have is a compatibility issue with my Sonos soundbar. The sound cuts out every one in a while for a second or 2. This seems to be a known issue between the TV and soundbar. By bypassing the TV and outputting directly to the soundbar you can get around this issue but it is something to keep in mind. I dont hold either Sonos or Samsung responsible for this but it is annoying and wanted people to be away in case they buy this TV and have that soundbar. Overall this TV is the best I have owned and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking at it or it's competition.

My husband and I were shopping for a larger TV screen and we knew that we did not want a curved screen. We didn't like the look of them, they would be awkward in our living room, would stick out further, etc. We wanted a flat screen with better digital stuff (not my area of expertise). We had never looked at the curved screens before and I personally didn't like the look of it when I pictured it on our TV stand at home. However, after we had picked out the flat screen that we wanted, a Best Buy employee asked if we had ever thought of the curved screen. Well, we are always willing to look at other items, in fact, we many times buy the suggested item after someone points certain things out to us and really explains them. We went with the curved Samsung and we constantly comment on how happy we are that we went with this instead. The colors are spectacular, no matter where you sit in our living room - you really feel like you are part of the action on the screen, kind of like those 3-D roller coaster films where you feel like you are actually riding the roller coaster, but really standing or sitting and watching it on a curved screen. Well, maybe not exactly "in" the scene, but it is spectacular. It doesn't sit out further than our TV stand, it fit on the stand very similar to the old one and it definitely doesn't look bad in our living room. My suggestion - if you are looking for a new big screen TV, and you are like us and stay with the same old same old - next time ask a salesman to show you the differences - you won't be sorry. We would definitely buy a curved screen again! Very happy with our purchase.

I researched tv's for months before I purchased this one. I got it for gaming and watching movies. The quality of the picture is amazing! I love the curve of the screen and the sleekness of the casing. Though the sound would be better with a sound bar, it's not horrible like most of the other flat screens that I've had experience with. This TV is easy to use and set up. I absolutely love it, totally worth the money.

When I purchased this TV it was originally $2,100 on sale for $1,900. A week after I purchased it it went on sale for $1,600 which Best Buy gladly adjusted my account to the new sale price. I read many reviews between the Sony and the Samsung and this model had all positive reviews. I am so glad I went with this purchase. My Family room has a wall of sliders with the bright sun always shining in on the TV. My old TV I could barely see it during the day but with this TV it's crisp and clear no matter how sunny it is. I purchased the curve and didn't think I would like it but I'm glad I purchased it. My friends can't get over how clear and crisp the picture is on this TV. Love watching football games now it feels like I'm right there on the field with them. I also purchased the 4K DVD player and the 4K movies are awesome. You feel like you're right there in the room with them. I hired the geek squad to come out build the TV cabinet and put everything together and hook it up to my original bose surround sound system and receiver. They were in and out of here in an hour cleaned up after themselves and make sure I knew how to use every option on that TV before they left. It was so worth having them bring everything set it up and take away all the boxes for a very minimum price. I would recommend you have them as if made it so much easier knowing how to use everything on this tv from Netflix to you tube. I just tell my remote what movie I want to watch in Netflix and it brings me to it :-) Go ahead get this tv, you will not regret it.

All one can say is unbelievable! Replaced a 50" 1080i that was only a several years old, which you would think would make that much a difference - but it is night and day. The bedroom TV was dying (an old 720 Vizio), so we moved the 50" in there, and bought the Samsung 65" Curved for the main TV room. Since then, we have been blowing away anybody that has the pleasure of enjoying it with us! We went into be buy the Samsung 7000 series that was in the BB ad, but after our BB rep (Tyler - great guy) showed us the image difference avalailable in a true 10 bit HDR versus synthesized 8 bit, we were amazed. I left the store to go home and do my homework on what Tyler showed us. I research everything he said and showed us, and it was true! Went back to BB the next day, plunked down a few extra bucks for better unit - and haven't looked back with any buyers remorse. Yeah, we looked at the OLED's and they are beautiful, but really couldn't justified spending 2 or 3 time more to only gained a small incremental increase in picture quality. We are cord cutters, and bring in our live signal thru Directv Now and an OTA antenna. We bring in what else we might want thru Netflix and Amazon Prime. I bring this up because what is available in 4K is killer - and the unit upscales anything else of lesser quality. We didn't go looking for the curved architecture - but are extremely pleased with it, now that is gracing our dwelling...

It was between Samsung, Sony and LG. I went with Samsung after viewing all 3 side by side. The color is full and rich. Not much programing in 4K yet but is great with Netflix. Very simple set up. Plug and go. The onscreen apps make it quick and easy to go to internet programing. I wish the remote was more versatile. I still need 2 remotes to work everything. Cant go wrong with this TV

The menu system including Netflix is all very fluidly Integrated. Very high performance. Horizon Zero Dawn on my PS4 PRO looked stellar. Very happy. Problems (all forgivable for me): Television knows the time, but doesn't have a way to view it without drilling deep into settings.. Auto turnoff timer notice (60 seconds to turn off) ignores everything except the ok button on the remote. You can't abort using the TV button, or by using other controllers (the TV knows when you're using inputs, because it automatically switches between them). So if you can't find the TV remote in 60 seconds, it turns off. Of course I can press the PS button on my PS4 controller to turn the TV back on again, but it's all just silly. It doesn't have a way to ring the remote to locate it. The internal media client player doesn't support as many formats as KODI, so end up still using KODI. It doesn't come with the M8 screws needed to mount on the wall. For the 20cents it would cost them to include them, it would have saved me heartache in changing my old mounted TV with this one. You have to manually enable HDR on each HDMI port before they will be HDR. I had to research this online. TV should have hinted to me somewhere that this was needed. As an experience, it's a dream. Really. You won't regret the purchase. Especially if you have a PS4 pro

Really happy with this TV. Great picture and I like the curved effect. EZ setup. I had it up and running with my xfinity cable box relatively quick. Still learning all the features but happy I was able to watch right out of the box. Only concern i ran into some far is the eco dimming feature. It looked like it was making the picture too dim and I turned it off for now.

This replaces my 2012 UN55ES7500 which had a great picture, and I really liked. And yet, I can say there is definitely a 4 year increment in performance and quality in this TV. Set up went very well, for cable box (Cox), Galaxy S6, Marantz home theater 5.1 interface, Netgear Wi-Fi/router for internet and my network media access. Streaming video is really excellent. I am also running (on different floors) a UN78HU9000 and a UN55JS8500 for comparison. Unpacking really goes better with (at least) 2 people - special notices are provided to assure you don't get your fingers on the screen. This TV is wall mounted, so the 51 lbs. is appreciated when lifting it up to the bracket - also, the dual corner legs are very handy for lifting the unit up to the wall mount since they pop right off when your done. This really helps avoid touching the screen in the process, as well as avoiding the power switch/menu navigation button on the lower right. The curved screen is a very nice benefit for this size and larger. As usual, I am having fun getting used to the new remote and menus. Still hoping for an accessory wall bracket, or other means, for mounting the One Connect box to a wall or cabinet. Also, it would be good to add large note that the Left and Right leg labels are referenced from the Back of the TV.

I bought the tv after months of researching into a 4K technology. This tv is amazing. The picture quality is great and the set up was easy. The stand/legs seem a little flimsy but are actually pretty sturdy. There's a bit of an issue with the WIfI setup as I have to re-connect every time I turn off the tv. I fixed this by hard-wiring the internet.

I love the 4K tv and does visitors. Family members have purchased one now as well. I can see at most angles and tbe oicture is vivid. The main issue is that dish did not have 4K movies available to view upon purchase. I think it's a little overpriced.

I viewed both the flat screen TV and the curved screen TV in the store and decided on the Curved screen even though it was slightly more expensive. TV can easily be viewed from a variety of angles no matter what your seating arrangement is in your TV room. The picture is the sharpest of any TV and the colors are vibrant. All around, an awesome TV.

There is a lot of mixed reviews about this Tv (flat screen). As there is with almost any product. After doing my home research, I went in to buy a Vizio P65. The Magnolia rep told me all the good and bad about the Vizio and the Samsung. Decided to go with the flat screen 65". Then we realized the Curved was on sale (less than the flat). I didn't have much info on the curve but for $200 less... I'd give it a shot. Great TV. I'm glad we didn't get the Vizio. My only complaint is we have a brightly lit kitchen just behind where the tv goes. There is some glare.

My old TV died and I went to Best Buy to replace it. This curved screen was on sale and the same price as the flat one. I am so glad that I choose the curve, it give such depth of field and is less likely to have a problem with glare. I would recommend this to anyone who has 4K feed as the picture is amazing.

Picture Quality is wonderful. The curved television I think works best with a wall mount that swivels in four directions. The wall mount allows you to adjust the television so that if you pick up a reflection from the window you can adjust that reflection out from your monitors view. Great television for the price.

This TV has an ultra sharp image when paired with service that offers high resolution. I have enjoyed 4k programming and also added a 4k blu ray. It is truly immersive. The TV is simple to use and offers a wide variety of apps. I have hard wired my set to the internet and enjoy so much extra programming now.

This was my Father's Day gift and my family is as happy with the purchase as I am. First the curved screen really works well in our long narrow viewing room. Excellent picture quality from all angles! The setup was very easy and I really like the voice command feature from the remote. Delighted with this TV.
