I just love my new edition to Our family! The 65’ Smart Samsung tv is a pleasant addition to the household and the guys at Best Buy made it all possible! Thank you so much for your timely help and continued friendly service you have provided to us Best Buy and your associates!

The tv is big enough for our living room. The colors are vibrant. The only thing is we haven’t figured the contrast for the movies. When it is dark it’s extremely hard to see. We have to put it in movie/cinema mode. Not too bad. Overall great tv. We bought a sound bar that works perfectly with it!

Disappointed. Samsung is my favorite brand but after a year this tv stopped working!!

This a great size for a medium size living room. The smarthings app is not pre-installed and I was unable to install it. The setup is easy and it works well with Alexa . In able to turn off and on and mute or raise the volume. I'm unable to get notification on the TV from my RING camera. It would be nice if the smart things app was preinstalled.

Good for games and kids. Fixed the pictures to make it look like it was 3d. Xbox games are the best for my girl on this TV

Great TV ! Good picture quality also have a 50 inch and no problems so far!

Bought this after my last tv (a Vizio) crapped out on me. This TV is okay. Picture quality is nice but the brightness definitely could be better. I expected a little more with it being a Samsung. I do like the Samsung tv channels.

Not a TV person, needed one to replace a smaller unit. Packaging- pretty solid, a lot of styrofoam ! I am still getting rid of to three weeks later! Ease of connection-pretty easy, attached a Samsung sound bar, almost did a Sonos as I have that in the rest of my house, but was trying to keep things simple. quality- pretty good, no lag, works!

The tv went into my Moms house in Louisiana. We just got her back in after the 2020 Hurricane Laura. She was very impressed with the quality of the picture and ease of use. It was an awesome purchase.

Been looking to buy this for quite a while. Picture quality is excellent programs are lifelike. It’s also full of the latest features all in all a great value for the money. Totally happy with this TV

This tv is more than I thought I was purchasing. My first smart tv and I am very impressed. The tv is very sleek looking and the picture quality and color is phenomenal, by far the best tv I have ever owned I didn’t realize it came with free tv channels what a nice surprise.

Large enough to compare with the old drive in movie screens ! The quality of the picture and ease of use are just the doctor prescribed for my aging eyes. It just might be that I watch too much tv now, since I got this one. Kudos to the Best Buy associate that assisted me with my choice.

I own a Series 8 - 75" and love it. So when my 65" Sony Bravia failed me after only 2 years I decided to go back to Samsung. I figured the price was right and researched the Samsung Series 7 for days prior to buying it. What a great decision! Set up was super easy and the picture is great. Almost as good as my Series 8. There are so many reasons to love this TV I will list a few and save the rest for the YouTubers and professionals. 1. The interface is super easy to navigate. 2. The built in apps and streaming allow you to leave your Roku or Fire sticks in the box. 3. FREE TV...Samsung has a broad list of free programming that you access through their proprietary guide!!! What's not to love. 4. If you use Samsung SmartThings you can add your TV as a device and control it via your phone. Samsung has done a wonderful making an affordable TV feel like more expensive sets. Oh, and did I mention the bezel is super thing. Build quality is AWESOME!!!

This tv is excellent! The color & clarity is amazing. You definitely want to get the HDMI cable that is 4K ULTRA HD & HDR compatible. Looks & sounds amazing. If your putting this on a table or unit make sure its at least 50 ". That will leave about 2 inches on each side to spare from where the legs sit. You really need 2 people to unbox & install. Its only about 55lbs but it's to long to handle alone unless maybe if you're about 6' 9". Very easy to set up & navigate. The remote is amazing and automatically will work for all of your devices. I opted for the 7000 because the 8000 has a solar powered remote that doesn't take batteries. Cool idea if you live where sunlight gets to recharge your remote regularly. That wouldn't work well for me. I would definitely recommend this TV to a friend.

TV looks good in my space. It was a nice upgrade from my Samsung 51’ purchased several years ago. Works well. I’ve had this tv for about 1 month. I like Samsung products and have only had Samsung flatscreens. Only issue with this one is on the first night, the screen went solid black and wouldn’t respond to the remote. The only thing that brought it back was a reset by disconnecting from the power source. It’s worked fine since then, but I definitely wanted to call this out.
