I purchased this TV for my parents. Used my BB card for the free 12-month financing. I needed a ‘simple’ TV without all the bells and whistles as my parents aren’t technologically savvy. This TV fits their needs pretty well. The price was okay, not a steal. I didn’t need a wall mount which saved some money. I held off on getting a sound bar as I wanted to hear it without one. Surprised that a sound bar was not necessary. The overall buying experience was excellent. The salesman was great and made the transaction very smooth and simple. I had a nightmarish experience with another Best Buy a few months prior when trying to purchase a TV (for my parents). The issue was removing my parents old TV — a 300-pound 65-inch Mitsubishi TV with speakers connected to it; kinda like a giant tube. BB said they’d remove it but when they arrived they said their truck wouldn’t fit it and that they’d be back later. They never showed, nor called. So I cancelled the whole order. I was very angry about the experience and was hesitant about trying out another BB. Glad everything went very smooth this time around.

Excellent picture. Sleek styling. Great price. Looks awesome wall mounted. I like casting stuff from my samsung phone strait to the TV. Looks amazing! Can't give it less than 5 stars, especially for the price. I remember when a 32 inch TV costs this much. Very happy

Purchased this tv for my workshop to watch news, football etc. Idid not want an expensive tv for this purpose. My main tv is a Samsung 65” Q90T and will admit that it has a better picture but at about a third of the price as a Q90T it’s really good and easy to set up.

An amazing tv for the price! The picture is very clean and modern. Although not as great as the higher-end more expensive TVs on the market, this tv will check all the boxes off your tv-wish-list without breaking the bank. I do recommend.

Great picture, color and sound. I like how i can connect from my phone to control the volume and channels if the actual remote has been misplaced. Overall this tv has been an excellent purchase for our household, I would highly recommend.

This is definitely the best bang for the buck UHD TV I have ever purchased. Bought it for my daughter and couldn't believe the picture quality, colors and performance. It seems to look and perform as good if not better than my other two higher priced UHD TV's.

Outperforms my expectations for a $500 tv. The remote is a bit to get used to as I’ve had roku tvs of some sort for the last 7 years. Color and clarity. Thumbs up. Turn the brightness way up in a bright room. But other than that. Great.

This television is absolutely great! Very easy set up and programming and beautiful picture. I set it to automatically download and install updates. So when I turn it back on, I’ll get a small box in the upper right corner saying “Update was successful “. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I love the new TV, the color and sound are terrific. I've found navigating around a bit tricky and not particularly user friendly (why do I have to click and arrow so much to finally find regular network TV?). Nevertheless it's nice to get to Amazon and Netflix with a remote button.

We have had the TV for 2 months now. We have been very pleased. The picture is clear and the sound is good. There were a couple of occasions in which the volume would not go higher than a certain level. In both occasions, the next day, the issue was gone. I am suspecting that it had something to do with a software update.

A very beautiful TV at this price-point. The smart-TV apps work well. Simple to hook up all devices. The TV mount bolts from my old TV didn't fit this one, so I had to go searching for the correct bolts at the hardware store. Otherwise, I'm pleased with this purchase.

I upgraded to this tv from a previous Samsung model. I have been really happy. It has such an awesome, crystal clear picture. I love the Samsung TV feature too. Really easy to mount (according to the hubs!) and set up components.

I’ve had this TV for a couple years now and it still works like new. I really like the Samsung TV app that’s installed free tv channels like cable but not cable. It’s great for movie nights and entertainment. It’s a 10 for me!!!

Overall the picture quality is great. I also like the Samsung TV Plus feature. What I don't like is the menu screen for Samsung and the remote. It seems like the remote does not respond quickly and that's with fresh batteries in it. The menu screen is clunky and you can't really tell when you are moving from one app to another.

Had it about a year and a half now there’s a couple sm kinks when watching a particular streamong app but Im not sure if it’s the actual tv or Spectrum’s internet service that are causing the little hiccups here and there.

The clear views are awesome and the sounds first class

Almost have had this for a year now, it works great sometimes stutters and lags but still works pretty good. My WiFi works fine everywhere else just not so good on the tv sometimes opening an app it won’t open and says it’s not connected to the internet anymore honestly it does that quite often.
