Had a issue with a Samsung 65 inch TV and they swapped it out with this one. The easy set up with Samsung smart things app helped me to seamlessly integrate it with my Home theater setup. Beautiful Crystal clear display with my Xbox one also.

Sharp & crisp picture, smart tv easy to set up, overall very pleased with this purchase. Samsung, in my humble opinion, makes quality televisions and this one doesn’t disappoint. Highly recommend

Huge TV and excellent PQ. This was a great deal when purchasing on sale. It has the most common features, 4K and HDR10. The picture is quite dark with HDR, but most TVs are. The PQ is amazing and it is thin and light. Very easy to mount and connect.

Over all it’s a really great TV , clarity is perfect and the smoothness of the app work perfectly. The only issue I have is that volume, it’s doesn’t get as loud as I would want it to be so I’m going to get a sound bar.

It has a great picture and works ok enough. The user interface is less then desirable. It’s slow and unreliable. The tv is a nightmare to connect to gaming consoles. You have to change the settings and turn gaming mode off to get it to work right

This television was recommended from a Best Buy associate and we are glad he did! The set-up was easy, the picture quality is amazing....we have absolutely no complaints! Shoot...it was even on sale! Great bargain, great value, great experience at Best Buy!

Bought the Samsung 65" Class 7 Series TV to replace my failing 14 year old Sony XBR50 in our basement entertainment area where we watch mainly sports and old DVD movies. Checking the specs on competitive models and wanting to minimize the investment we chose this Samsung model. The picture is great, the sound is adequate though I also have a 1000 watt surround sound AVR if I prefer optimum sound performance. The picture can be optimized in the on-screen "settings" adjustments using THX programs available commercially or on some DVD movies, such as "Gladiator". I am totally satisfied with the TV. My only minor regret is that I can no longer hook up an old VCR to the TV as it only comes with HDMI inputs, no composite or component video inputs. But, want a good picture in a big screen UHD Smart TV? This one is a good choice.

Wife and I are happy campers with this purchase. This LED TV has an excellent picture and sound quality for our budget and viewing needs. Love the integrated apps and Samsung packaged content extras. I added a number of popular Streaming provider apps from their store. No need yet for external streaming device. Samsung software makes initial configuration setup very easy. For a better picture, I connected hdmi, not coax from provider cable set top. I use tv speakers and a 5.1 surround setup via optical connection to my receiver. This purchase replaces 15 year old Toshiba 52' DLP projection. I have not yet viewed any sports on this tv nor do I use it for gaming. Contrast is very good but have occasional challenge discerning actions in dark or night images/scenes. Still trying to see if it can be tweaked.

I love this tv. I have the 50” model in my bedroom and liked it so much that I bought the 65” for my living room. The deal I got at Best Buy made it even better. Great picture and a great value. I’m happy!

This TV is a slim design with a great picture and sound. The 4K picture makes it worth it to get the Blue-Ray in place of a DVD. The Smart features are easy to understand and there is an added bonus of Samsung TV channels.

This is a very nice TV with good clarity, colors, and applications. For the price. Setup was easy to integrate with a Yamaha receiver, network switch so that it would be hard cabled via RJ45 and hung on the wall. The only con would be the remote control and switching between apps a little slow.

11/8/21 Brought 70"Samsung Tv 599.99 for Living room Color is Awesome..Went back 11/9/21 brought 65" 569.99 for my bedroom..plus extra free Cable Channels.Beautiful Pic.. Completely Satisfied.Worth every penny..

This Television was easy to set up ! It took less than a half hour to mount it on the wall and start viewing. I had the wall mount ready before the tv arrived. I am very pleased with the look and quality of the tv and wall mount. The picture is great!

Great picture, but the audio is very low, and, unless you push the audio up to 90, it is hard to hear. They need to fix that, as I have been told that the additional expense of a soundbar is the only way to fix that, which makes the "sale" no real sale.

Easy to set up and install. The color and picture overall looks amazing. We thoroughly enjoying watching anything on this tv. Game nights are also fun! Love that we have it connected to Alexa too

Great value for such a large TV and good picture quality. The sound could be better; The remote could be better, all buttons seem too crowded and hard to control. I bought this for a small living room and it looks great in it.
