Easy to set up. Really impressed with this TV. Great super sharp picture. Sound quality is excellent (much better than my Sony 55 inch); sound bar not needed. Easily links to Apple TV using the Samsung remote. Highly recommend it.

I bought this television to replace an ancient 55" LG flat screen that was pink screening on us. The picture is good and it appears to work well. This was last year's model, and it is fine, although I kind of wish I had spent the extra for the 2020. It's good for the price I paid though, so no complaints.

Bought 7 days ago. Great picture. Easy set up. Incredible value. I guess there are people who needs (more expensive) better TVs, but as far as I can tell I saved at least a thousand dollars buying this one and couldn’t be happier with quality.

I thought it was a great price for a 65” TV. It was delivered free of charge and the picture is fabulous. The colors are vibrant and bold and I love the Apps which are included. I have faith in Samsung.

Great value and nice picture. Easy set up. Links to wifi. Comes with some preloaded streaming apps with the option to add others. I bought a sound bar so cant say much for the audio.

Great picture, sound, brightness and very easy to mount. Has all the bells and whistles I was looking for at a terrific price. This is the second Samsung 65' that I've bought andI wouldn't hesitate to buy another.

Can't say enough good things about this purchase! My husband and I were looking for a larger tv for our bedroom and he found this gem. The price and and quality for just watching regular tv, I can't complain. We got a bargain. Happy customers! :)

I love this tv. The picture is crystal clear. So clear you can see the textures of clothing the people of have on, it’s amazing. Very easy to setup and add a sound bar or any other Bluetooth speaker.

Best TV I ever owned I had a Toshiba before this is my first 4k very happy with my purchase the only con is the fact that the remote control has no light so you cant see at night .. samsung plus is awesome .. free tv for Samsung tv owners

We really like the size of the tv and the crispness of the colors. It was easy to learn how to navigate and has all the apps we need. We're not giving 5 spars only because there are times when we see a giggle or skip. Not sure if it's a normal aspect of 4K or the tv, but it's weird.

The picture quality is great for the price. The remote control is pretty touchy at times and streaming Hulu live is horrible. I didn’t have any streaming issues with my other tv which was a Roku. I also have great internet and text my speed consistently so know it’s not my internet service.

Samsung TVs are very good. If you buy a third party mount, be aware that you will need screws at least 30mm long. The picture is excellent and setup was easy using my Galaxy phone and Samsung account. This is a great TV for the price.

its a great picture, I'm not too fond of the remote, it doesn't have the capability of changing a cable box, there's no numbers or a settings button, also it seems like there's many people who have remotes that the Alexander feature doesn't work or the home button. Other than the remote it is a great TV

Great TV for the price and all of the included features. The TV is very easy to use and the integrated apps create a simple platform to access everything from the home screen. Looking forward to buying another Samsung very soon!

I absolutely love this tv. Easy set up and love the smart things app. The picture and sound quality is great. I thought I would need a sound bar but the quality is great and I have no issues with it.

I had an LG before this TV and there is definitely a difference in picture. In love with the quality. Although the control sometimes is slow side then when it catches up it passes up what I wanted to press, other than that this tv is perfect.

Picture is great, size is great. Easy install and setup. I’m not a big fan of the Samsung operating system and feel it’s a little slow, so that’s why I gave it 4 stars. It’s otherwise a fantastic television!

All in all, the television is fantastic, especially considering the price. It was not too long ago that a 65 inch flat screen could have been many multiples in price, even for far less quality and features. Today though, there are seemingly infinite options for under $1000, but it is rare that you find something this large for $500 that really hits the mark. The Samsung definitely does that. I will say that while I initially had some issues at delivery, which really were not the fault of Best Buy and could have happened with any retailer, Best Buy stepped up in a big way and did not only what was right, but they went above and beyond to make sure their customer was happy. So, special thanks to Best Buy for taking great care of me and making sure I will keep coming back, which I most certainly will.

Best decision I’ve made in a long time and this upgrade has me now looking to upgrade all the other TVs in the house. Smart home integration is great, the extra Samsung channels as smart TV options are great as well. TV picture quality and Sound are excellent although I’ve seen much better. Mirroring the phones to the TV to share things is an added benefit and there’s really no bad part to having a TV like this. Zero complaints so far. Hope to replace a few smaller TVs this year as well as the price was the best part. I did have 1 dead pixel on the first TV but BB took it back with no trepidation. Hardest part was loading it back into the car.
