Samsung doesn't mean quality necessarily
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tv was decent for price and size I enjoyed the feature rich Samsung platform. Especially having a Samsung phone it makes controlling the tv set seamless with your phone. Has great picture for standard viewing. Had great sound for a tv. Responsive ui Flickering outrageously in bright scenes. I would also say it's a little dim by today's standards especially in darker scenes it completely crushes detail and colors. Also No chrome cast feature and that's ridiculous for a tv of this price point. Its upsetting actually how little effort Samsung's put into their TVs this year. I'm a Samsung fanatic and this is unsettling using the quality name to push subpar performance products. All and all for a smaller tv this may be worth it but for a 65 if you don't have a Samsung phone spend your money on something better.

If your TV is flickering or dimming sporadically, you may need to disable some of the energy efficiency features.
Disable Ambient Light Detection, Power Saving Mode, Motion Lighting, or Contrast Enhancer.
Settings > General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection
Settings > General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode
Settings > General> Eco Solution> Motion Lighting
Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer
Run Picture Test. When the tested image quality is normal, check the signal of the connected device.
Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test
I hope this helps. If your issue persists, please reach out to Samsung Customer Support, and a representative will gladly assist you.

4K at a great price!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Samsung knocked it out of the park with this TV! I was looking at RU7100s but I really didn’t want to spend over $600. I was elated to find this TV at $550! Plus its a 2020 model so it features super slim bezels and Apple AirPlay. The picture is very bright and vivid. I play a lot of video game and the automatic game mode is nice. It has definitely improved my Call of Duty Warzone prowess! Regular content like Netflix also look amazing and 4K stuff really pops. What can I say, I couldn’t be happier! Don’t let some of the negative reviews dissuade you. I updated the firmware immediately and have not had a single issue since purchase. Great work Samsung!

Make Tv's Dumb Again
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased brand new unit only 2 years ago. Wasn't open-box or floor model, new. Got the extra years of protection because expensive electronic. You'd think that was enough. No before I even had it 3 years the screen developed a line & just goes out a few days later. The Bestbuy protection ended back in December, samsungs warranty is only a year from purchase. No lightning strikes, no one hit it, it just stops working. Contact samsung customer service, they insult me after I couldn't get a service request through the website as it was also broken, suggesting I go through troubleshoot steps a 2nd time for a broken tv. Service people come out & say it's a $600 fix so might as well buy a new tv. B#*&@ this is a NEW TV! I have a 20teens model in another room that works perfectly fine, picture shows no signs of going out. The service guys said they're seeing this problem across all brands of new tvs! I say f all you manufacturers then especially samsung. consumers should be allowed to sue under all lemon laws under the sun because tvs are too expensive to die that soon then have a repair cost just as much as purchasing another new one! I don't need all this liquid clear picture crap & internet connection inside a tv. Make them dumb & grainy pictured again if it brings back QUALITY!

Just an awesome HDTV for the price
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the price this is just an awesome TV. I was watching a movie on Netflix tonight and I was just amazed how clear the images are. This TV was a replacement of a Sharp 65 inch 1080p I got on Black Friday of 2014 for $799 that appeared to have a power supply board go out. Originally got this Samsung TV for 529 and tax. When it went on sale for 477.99 Best Buy refunded me the difference. 4K videos off of YouTube are absolutely stunning. I really don’t think my eyes would even notice much difference if I paid hundreds more to get a Samsung Quantam Dot model. The only negative I found is only 2 HDMI ports but this TV is wall hung in my living room and I don’t need more HDMI ports to connect anything else. Besides if you ever need more HDMI ports you can get an HDMI point splitter.

Samsung TV
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV is great! We purchased another brand from another retailer and it quit working after 6 months. The Best Buy website and staff were so helpful that it was a no brained. Not to mention Samsung is a fantastic product.

Very user friendly
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great picture quality. Very user friendly, communicates well with my Xbox one. I did not have to "set up" TV through Xbox, it just automatically knew how to control it. Also, the TV remote can be used to open apps on the Xbox with no set up, very useful for streaming services

||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Samsung TV, need I say more. great quality and picture to match. this is not a super high end TV, so keep that in mind when purchasing but it vary exceeds the picture quality of a comparable LG tv and is a lot easier to use.

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great picture, easy set up, now much more I can say. Only downside peacock app is not available yet, but if your pairing with a roku i guess that really doesnt matter. Remote isnt the best. I preferred last generation with its simplicity

Good tv.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great tv. Good price. The home could have better functionality. The last channel option only allows for the most recent channel. Last tv allowed up to 7 previous channels. Would be nice if you had better sound options through optical. Otherwise, really cool.
