Television is nice and the smart hub is nicely laid out! For an mid level tv this one is the one to get its bezel is thin and feature set is easy to navigate. At this price point you almost can’t pass it up.

Great picture for the price. Simple to use and great picture quality for the price. There are better quality TVs, but for us, this is a basement TV and it performs well above our expectations.

I love my new televisions. This TV shows clear and comes with all the tv streaming apps that I’m subscribed too. I had both mine mounted, and they look good on the wall!

Customer service was great. The unit was delivered on time and there was clear communication regarding delivery and setup. Samsung is a trusted brand and this television is no exception. It was very easy to connect, add apps and has a really nice picture. I have windows close to my television and this particular model does a really good job with handling that issue. Thankfully, I no longer have such a glare on the screen and am able to watch television and see the entire screen. The sound is also very nice. I added a sound bar to my purchase, which is nice but there is sufficient sound without it. I would definitely purchase this particular model again. Thanks Best Buy for the great customer service and options available.

Really nice picture. The internet was very hard to setup. It wants you to update the settings before you do anything and if you can't get it to connect to the internet you can't update. That really needs to be fixed. Once we got it setup we have been very happy with it.

Beautiful 4K LED TV, very light weight and very easy to mount. The interface is also very user friendly to set up. Great value!

Was easy to set up, has a great picture. Not a real high tech person so will take me some time to learn how to operate it. Controller has very few buttons so have to learn sequence to get done what I want.

Overall and excellent tv, particularly for the price. I love the smart TV. I've been able to get rid of a bunch of boxes and wires on my mantle. The color is bright and beautiful. No complaints

Great size tv for our room. Color is good. Easy to hear although having trouble syncing it with our sound bar. Really wish that an owner's manual book was included with the purchase. I know that the information can be found online, but that is more cumbersome.
