The price was excellent! Shipping great! The only problem is the sound. It should not be on 35 to hear. On some programs its up to 45+, and the other programs its at 25 and below.

Good, but not as smart as it could be

I'm docking one star though because the last TV we had from Samsung had this great box and feature where we could plug all of our devices (DVD, cable box, video games, etc) into which made switching between them easy and setting up a breeze. We had to go back to the store to get a similar kind of item, but it would only accept certain plug ends. We still are juggling multiple remotes and haven't completed the whole set up because this TV was definitely not as well thought out as the last one. Huge disappointment in that we thought we were buying the exact same TV and obviously didn't. By the time we figured it out, it was too much of a pain to reload and haul back to the store.

Doesn't do good in dark environments. Has a decent browser that gets the job done and work as intended, I wish the remote had a microphone function.

It’s unfortunate to hear you’re not fully satisfied with your TU7000 TV’s image quality. If the picture you’re seeing is not to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.

Amazing TV.

Super thin which is a plus. It's a smart tv but if you don't like your tv to be "smart" that feature could always be turned off. The only issue that I have is the Bluetooth option can't be turned off so if someone in your area is connecting to Bluetooth, you could see their device connecting to your tv. You could always "deny". I had it for a couple of months now & is working just like the first day. I would suggest this tv to anyone who is looking for a brand new tv who doesn't want to purchase the newer version!
