I love this tv. The color, sound and resolution are great. This is also my first "smart tv" and I have found it incredibly easy to use and having access to so many streaming apps is so convenient.

This is a low end 65” smart tv. Picture quality okay (a little grainy). Need to watch head on due to glare off screen. Could not get Spectrum app to work on this tv. I would delete app. unplug tv and wait a couple minutes before plugging back in and turning back on, then re-download app. Yay, works! Until following day when you have to do all over again. After 4 days of this just hooked up a Spectrum box and all is good (although defeats purpose of smart tv). HBO, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Apple TV and Disney apps all work. Gave four stars because even though low end, size is great and it weighs less than half of what the 10 year old 55” Samsung it replaced Did (died during pandemic quarantine - not good!). Bought this curbside pickup, thanks Best Buy! They were amazed this fit in back end of 2017 Subaru Outback (laid flat).

This TV is amazing and very reliable as they last very long, I recommend getting a Samsung tv from Best Buy, they are the best.

Love this television, its huge - its almost like being in the theater. Picture quality is outstanding, very easy to set up on your own, not very heavy.

I love this TV so far. Such a clear, sharp image. It seems to clarify low quality images and display them better. I love that it’s a smart tv with BLUTOOTH for once. Great tv!

Great picture quality and easy to use. Got this for my parents and they love it so far. Perfect smart TV and a good size for their home. Bought it on sale too, so great value.

For the price, this TV has an amazing picture. I have a Sony X90J in the media and the price on the Sony was almost 3x. Picture quality on both are dang near equal. Only negative keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the crappy Tizen OS. It was an absolutely pain just to get the setup to complete. The Smart Things app either kept crashing or just never worked. Took maybe 30 mins to get the setup completed when it should have taken 5 mins tops! Fortunately, I will be using an AppleTV4K so the Tizen OS can be completely avoided. If you need an affordable TV, highly recommend. If you plan on using it's OS, good luck. The apps are small, the OS is very touchy, etc.

Beautiful picture, easy to set up, the hardest part was getting it mounted. Pretty sure that wasn't the TV's fault.

Very happy with this purchase. I love the size and quality. Easy to operate. Worth any penny. I have purchased several samsung television and have been happy with all of them.

I sold my 46 six inch smart tv somewhere else and i was searching for a newer and bigger screen and i could not be more happy with the size and quality of this TV

Picture and sound are good. The Samsung streaming platform Tizen sucks. First, you will not be able to have the start screen be anything but Samsung TV. Second, some apps like Xfinity Streaming Beta won’t always install. Third, it would turn on and off randomly for no reason. Forth, the signal would get lost and would be followed by long reloading periods with the spinning circle of death. Last, the remote is wonky and entering a simple user name and passcode is horrific. Installed a Roku 4K HD Stick to make it useable and all issues went away, proof that these glitches were all in the Samsung software platform.

Good product. I will buy it again because all the family members love it. It works perfectly.

The picture is so much better at night. I made it an outdoor tv. Cover it well when not in use. Picture in the day. no direct sun. Eh. Snowy/cloudy. But at night? As good as Mt oled indoor tvs.

Easy to use. Display is quality. The home display for the apps is easy to use. The only problem was the remote. The buttons don’t always register to the tv so it’s an annoyance.

Bought it more than 2 years ago and works like new.

My 55 inch Plasma TV died to death. I was worried that I would have to sell my wife to replace it. I decided to get a Samsung. They are not always the best but are always one of the best. I have a Samsung Tablet, Laptop, Cell Phones, and a refrigerator. I have not been disappointed in any of them. Back to the TV, It has better sound then I expected, as is the picture. It turns on and off faster, goes though menu settings faster also. It also works with my Amazon Studio Pair and the Amazon Cube flawlessly with no issue, unlike my last TV. I am happy and pleased. I have no regrets.

Finally got a flat screen for the great room - Picture quality is fantastic and fits nicely on our stand. I strongly suggest getting a sound bar so that you can experience great sound as well - got the 7 series because I did not need the extra HDMI port and saved the 100 or so dollars - that's the only difference between the 7 series and the 8 series. Great for viewing purposes. There's one weird thing though - it comes on by itself from time to time and I haven't been able to figure out why yet.

Bought this TV for my inlaws that are in their mid eighties. They love the picture and the ease of running the controller. :)
