Perfect picture. Just the right size for our family room. So very easy to set up. No problems at all. We only own Samsung TVs. The pictures are very clear.

I love the Samsung 65” TV from Beat Buy. I didn’t need the latest-best, but this is a huge upgrade from what I was replacing. It’s my first smart TV and how exciting to find out that Samsung has its own streaming service that offers bunches of great things to watch & it’s a free service! The associate that assisted answered all of the questions I had, and with this purchase I was finally able to “cut the cable cord”. Thanks Best Buy!! You always come through for me!

The display is very good, but the interface is super laggy. I often am waiting for the tv to catch up with remote inputs.

I was already excited about my purchase but blown away once I connected the TV. The picture quality is great, the sync options are amazing and the offer of Samsung TV is a bonus. If there is someone without cable but internet only, I think you'll be very pleased. I have fully gone into all the options...so much to view and I don't have the time currently. The only extra thing I need to do is get an optical cable for my sound bar ...as my 50 inch Sony TV (which I'm moving into a much smaller room) had an audio plug-in and this TV doesn't not. No complaints here. I'm happy.

For my very first large screen television, I am quite satisfied with this purchase. The video quality is sharper than the images I was accustomed to viewing on my 32 inch hd Sony (*purchased over 10 years ago!).

My wife wanted this more then I did, until I got a PS5. Then I wasn’t more willing and I dish out the extra cash lol. Upgraded from a Samsung 55” to as too big for my TV stand but the stand can hang the TV too and it fits and holds the weight fine (did look at the TV stand manual to confirm weight support). The only negative about this TV is it doesn’t come with the spacers for the screws which you’ll need if you want to hang the TV. Smansung sells them, they also offer an Amazon recommendation which gets to you faster w/ Prime shipping. Great Buy!

This TV.s apps to the "smart TV" doesn't even work, I called Samsung and they want to charge me just to look at it and that's not including what's wrong with it to fix. I had the TV for just over a year and me and my husband work a lot so tv time isn't that often, we wanted tot watch a series on an app and NONE of the apps work. We've done everything we could to get them to work and nothing, Samsung said something about a chip in it? OK fine but if we purchased it that way then obviously it was defective when we bought it but didn.t know until we wanted to use the feature. Needless to say we have a big tv that we can only watch cable tv with which we actually wanted to cancel being the reason we want to use the apps, it will not connect to the internet at all no matter what we've tried, very disappointed in Samsung at this point and Best Buy for selling this to us and doesn't work properly.
