This tv is working out very well. The picture is exactly what we though it would be. Color is great. We sre very happy with this product.

This tv doesn't have the feature where you press the microphone and talk to it. I missed that when I ordered. So if you want to watch something specific you have to manually type it in the search bar which is EXCRUCIATING. I recently had to call Best Buy for the Geek squad to come out because of the vertical colored lines that come up every day randomly and shut the tv down. I called on 8-12-23 and couldn't get someone out until October 6th. So that is also a disappointment with Best Buy Geek squad.

I was looking for a 65 inch tv that was not $1000 but would have a good picture. I read up on this tv. Yes there were some negative review but i have owned many Samsung products amd have been very satisfied. I must say i was not disappointed. The picture is veey sharp and the brightness and contrast are very good. I have not experienced and lag even when playing video games or watching any programs or movies. I havent had any problems with any of the smart options. For me this is another good product from Samsung.

I really enjoy watching my new Samsung tv. It is so life like. The picture makes you feel like you are in the tv show. It shows really clear. Easy set up.

Is a pretty option cause is nt to expensive so is a good invest the only thing I didn't like so much is the volume.

On sale for $499 so we bought one for ourselves and one for my grandpa who needed a new TV. Easy to set up, apps work great, picture is fantastic!

My review is based on the class of TV, based on a "curve" if you will. This was a ~$500 TV. It should not be compared to $1000-$2000 TVs. This is a pretty bare-bones smart TV. But, it does have great picture quality and all the basic features you would hope for from a modern TV. It actually has pretty decent speakers as well. The UI is responsive and offers basically everything you would need so that another device like a Roku is not needed.
