The picture is beautiful, but the sound is lacking. I have the volume level 45 to 50 on this one, where as on my other Samsung I keep the volume at 15 to 20. But Im getting a sound bar so that fixes that problem. Would recommend to friends and family for sure.

Love this brand and how it looks. The Geek squad went above and beyond to set it up for me. They were outstanding! I would definitely recommend the Geek squad for their professionalism and outstanding service!

I also never had a Samsung TV it was amazingly thin for a TV that size still getting used to the TV and how the remote(everything)works my first smart TV it is pretty cool. The TV does seem to respond slow happy press the remote I don't know if that's common with this TV that is a frustration always room for improvement.

First, I recommend ensuring your Firmware is up to date. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
Then perform a factory reset. Go to Settings> General> Reset
