I’ve already had to reinstall apps that quit working within the first month. Picture and sound quality are both good and it was easily mounted and connected to the sound system. The remote has way too many buttons crammed together and the app has ads, so neither is great for ease of control. We’ve decided not to return it but would go with something different in the future.

The colors and HDR are excellent. The only problem that I could think of is that it only has one HDMI E-Arc( for Home Theater) and one other HDMI. We had to buy a HDMI Automatic Switch Splitter at Amazon to connect all our devices to the TV. Other than that, we love our new TV

My dad was looking for a basic tv for his room, did not want to spend much money for a tv so I said fine and went with this Samsung. The 7 series is the entry level tv for Samsung. While the quality is fine for most people, I did not enjoy it. I have purchased nice tvs for myself and could 100% tell the quality difference. For an average person who doesn’t care much, this tv will do just fine. If you’re someone who enjoys it a little more, I suggest stepping up to at least Samsung’s Q series.

To login to all the apps took almost an hour. Again, we are older but still... It does reload a lot and therefore pauses, but we did find out that you have to change the setting on the "update apps" to "no" and that took care of that problem. BEAUTIFUL picture! We watched a movie and had made some popcorn and we felt like we were in an actual theater!
